The food was amazing, service sucks. We sat there a while and nobody came over, mind you it was basically empty when we went. There was a button at the table, which we pressed then someone came over. If this was the procedure, we should have been told when we got there. Our waitress looked like she did not want to be at work, she looked very upset for some reason. After ordering it also took a while for us to get our food. After we were served, the service got a little better ( I assume because they wanted a tip). We did tip but regretted it because she grabbed that money so fast.

Attitudes and service just as low and nasty as that score of 73 . Family arrived 15 minutes prior to another family and the family who arrived after us was seated and served while my family waited almost 30-45 minutes with no drink refills either . ( March 22nd 2025 ) birthday dinner . Not to mention the waiter was not engaged , she was rude and short fused , when she handed us our food platters she dropped the platters down on the table as if we were dogs .Yesterday I sent my mom for a pick up order that was priced at 69.50 and they claimed to not have any butter and garlic to give with the to go order . Management is rude and lacks accountability and customer service skills . The manager refused to listen and cut my mom off as she was explaining to him her concerns .

Don’t be fooled by the outside, because we thought twice…but it was awesome! The best Fried Oysters EVER!!! Wish we could have tried it all. We will be back from Atlanta👍

The young lady at the register was on her phone didn’t greet me. Poor customer service. I waited 40 mins for a Gumbo that isn’t gumbo. The worst gumbo I had in my life that was roast stew.

As a once upon a time big fan of Crazy Crab, I’m here to say please be mindful of who you do your business with. Me and my family had a horrible experience. What was meant as a celebration lunch turned into utter disappointment. 1st red flag, we arrived here at 11:30am and was immediately told we had to wait ten mins outside. 2nd, they finally let us enter after a group of Asians walked up. We ordered first and all seemly ordered the same food, however, the Asian customers received all of their food first. So I mentioned this to the waiter and she kindly stated, I’m sorry they are his (owner) family and that she was advised to serve them but ours was coming right after. She immediately came and gave us our order but suddenly the owner started going to the Asian family behind us and just being very extra and checked on them a lot even the waitress and bringing their items out personally. He never acknowledged my family nor the other black customers. The owner gave off, “I’m racist and eff who cares!!” Mind you we spent $254 and couldn’t even get a slight smile nor did anyone come to our table to see if we needed anything. So of course I didn’t tip!!! I’m actually quite disgusted. But this is AMERICA!!!

Y’all need to update the hours. Google says the KITCHEN closes at 8:30 and the establishment closes at 9. Putting a poorly written CLOSED sign in the door as customers are APPROACHING is beyond rude and disappointing. I like the food but I will not waste my gas coming back here!

Gumbo was delicious, red snapper was delicious and the seafood low country boil was amazing! Kids had chicken tenders and fries which they enjoyed too ha!
