Do employers not teach basic customer service these days? It seems to be a lost skill. Businesses generally assign employees who struggle with customer interactions to roles away from the front. Unfortunately, that doesn’t appear to be the case here. This establishment could benefit from more thorough customer service training. The young lady (and I’m being polite) with the large lashes and the wig with thick edges displayed an off-putting demeanor and delivered lackluster, sad service. Front staff are meant to represent a business, and this interaction says a lot about the establishment if this kind of behavior continues. I don’t know. Maybe pay them more? Give them a reason to want to do their job? Either way, the employee's frustration should never affect a paying customer's experience.

Wow! This place was outstanding! The Cajun Boils were fantastic! The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. Max was our server and she was an absolute delight. The calamari was delicious 😋. Literally, an absolute must if you love seafood boils. Oh, and the sauces.... next level!! 😇🤠😎

When I first walked in, we noticed that it just smelled extremely hot. Like the spices were oozing out the kitchen. Our server was disassociated, she did let us know that the spices were a different type of spice level. One the menu the “steamed” rice is advertised for 5.99, we got our rice and it wasn't steamed at all. That was boiled rice and the serving wasn’t worth 5.99. The food was disgusting, it’s overly high. I wouldn’t recommend.

Literally the only place here I trust to get seafood . Food is delicious & always HOT ! Service is great & atmosphere is comfortable always . I always come here when I want a good boil , IF YOU NOT COMING HERE FOR YOUR SEAFOOD , you definitely missing out on the BEST !

The food was amazing, service sucks. We sat there a while and nobody came over, mind you it was basically empty when we went. There was a button at the table, which we pressed then someone came over. If this was the procedure, we should have been told when we got there. Our waitress looked like she did not want to be at work, she looked very upset for some reason. After ordering it also took a while for us to get our food. After we were served, the service got a little better ( I assume because they wanted a tip). We did tip but regretted it because she grabbed that money so fast.
