Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Honestly, the best Dairy Queen experience I’ve had. Nothing in particular was over the top, but the food was fast and fresh, the people were incredibly cool, and this might be the best gravy I’ve got from a DQ. 10/10, would recommend.

I ordered from this restaurant and everything was not fresh, everything was cold and they didn't answer me napkins no sauce everything is bad

Female cashier was extremely rude. (A middle age foreign woman) Didn't know what ice cream in a cup meant. she rudely stuffed an ice cream cone in a cup upside down and handed it to me. She needs more training and better manners!

Pretty run down and it always sucks when they mess up your order when you go through the drive through 😡 Leo was right in Learhel Weapon 2 (yah I'm that old) 🤬

Racist Indian lady gives me the stink eye because I'm wearing short shorts in 90 degree weather. She gives me ranch that is chunky. Ranch isnt chunky. I ask for a new one and she says thats what ranch looks like. No it doesn't. Shes just racist.

Not bad concedring location. It's crack town. But they're running a good business!

The service at this location was awful my last 3 visits, including today, Saturday April 1 2023. Just a minute ago me and my wife wanted to make separate orders, but the drive thru clerk rudely told us that they can take only 1 of our orders because they were about to close.

Needless to say, i waited in line behind about 3 or 4 other customers for over 15 minutes (from approximately 8:15-8:30).

So if they close at 9p im assuming (which contradicts what their website says: 10p on Fri & Sat), then why isn't 30 minutes enough for them to make 2 separate orders?

Im confused 🤔 but probably won't be going back to the dq on the Mobile hwy here in Montgomery any time soon.

I showed up at 7:50 on Sunday, their closing time is listed ON THE DOOR as 9pm on Sundays for drive thru however they claimed they were closed.

Arrived @ 6:00 pm, Only the drive thru was open. The parking lot is quite ragged n The food is pricey for the amount that you get.
