The service at this location was awful my last 3 visits, including today, Saturday April 1 2023. Just a minute ago me and my wife wanted to make separate orders, but the drive thru clerk rudely told us that they can take only 1 of our orders because they were about to close.

Needless to say, i waited in line behind about 3 or 4 other customers for over 15 minutes (from approximately 8:15-8:30).

So if they close at 9p im assuming (which contradicts what their website says: 10p on Fri & Sat), then why isn't 30 minutes enough for them to make 2 separate orders?

Im confused 🤔 but probably won't be going back to the dq on the Mobile hwy here in Montgomery any time soon.

I showed up at 7:50 on Sunday, their closing time is listed ON THE DOOR as 9pm on Sundays for drive thru however they claimed they were closed.

Arrived @ 6:00 pm, Only the drive thru was open. The parking lot is quite ragged n The food is pricey for the amount that you get.

Tragic and poor facility and operation. Fails to honor their posted hours on line and at the facility. Out of advertised items and the facility is poorly maintained. Forced to use the drive thru, while the exterior lighting was inop and unsafe. Intercom was inadequately functioning causing errant orders. Corporate staff should immediately reeducate and motivate this location.

Stopped on our way through. First of all what damn Dairy Queen doesn’t have chocolate ice cream (cheap) then we got chicken tenders which were the size of small chicken nuggets. The lady took forever and was rude as hell then wouldn’t give us our food because my dog in the backseat. Somehow my 100 lbs dog was going to jump through the 1/2 rolled down window and through her sliding window. ?? I would recommend going literally anywhere else.

Always use drie thru. Owner's and staff are always nice. Never disappointed in their food or service. You can count on a smile when served.
