Service, Speed & Atmosphere 10/10. The woman Ms. Dawanna was the only person running the service counter & boy was she great. Bought my blizzards to the car and tipped her $20. She yell back and gave her co worker half. They worked together very well. Food was excellent.

This little cup with rarely any ice cream in it. I spent $30.00 in total and said “Thank you” to the with the braids going straight back and she had the nerve to mumble “uhuhhh” to me when she was the one who should be saying thank you. These fast food workers really need customer service training. Nobody has to spend their money at these places but the fact that we do keeps them with a job and the business running.

My family witnessed your kitchen staff taking turns to go out to the patio to smoke weed in front of customers last night while we were in your dining room eating. My husband will be contacting management today and corporate as well.

The food was good and this location appeared cleaner than the other one in Montgomery.

I want to commend Ke for excellent customer service today. I received a banana split with very old bananas. Ke corrected the problem swiftly. I appreciate the positive attitude and response.

You can never go wrong with Dairy Queen

Miss DeJuana Montgomery was wonderful and provided outstanding service!

Mrs Montgomery is so nice every time we visit. The bacon ranch burgers are literally the best in town.

My blizzard was almost $8 for a medium and it only had enough heath to go 1/4 of the cup. Bottom was just soft serve ice cream. Not a good thing at that price. It's been years since I have treated myself to one of these so i was disappointed 😞

Today was the second time we have had this Dairy Queen in Montgomery. The food was hot and fresh both times and tasted GREAT! Why the low rating? Both visits our drinks tasted moldy. We got a variety of drinks so it wasn’t just one specific flavor. Not sure if they need to clean their soda machine better or get a new one but it’s definitely off putting, to say the least.

Unfortunately they have gone way downhill...even the blizzard was sub-par...hard to explain how to mess up ice cream, but they found a way.

Found a very long black hair in my mini blizzard. There is no way something like that could have happened unless completely negligence or purposeful. I will never be shopping at this store again.
