This Place is So Rich of Black History. Loved the Food. I had Baked Turkey and dressing, Swai Fish, Mac and cheese, collard greens, and some good Ole Cornbread. All I can say is Somebody Grandma lost her Leg, arms, and Foot GONE!!!!! AKA EXCELLENT FOOD. WILL BE BACK. THEY HAVE SOMETHING FOR EVERYDAY OF THE WEEK.
I am upset that I’m 33 years old and just now finding this gem. The food was so good I wanted to order another plate! I got the smothered pork chop, turnip greens and okra; cornbread too! Everything was delicious!
Looks like an abandoned building but I heard the food was good so I went as an adventure. My food was very average. I had pork chops and they were just deep fried. Pretty good but very greasy. The cornbread was tasteless, out of a box I suspect. I’m probably just cornmeal. The sides were ok. I’ve had worse for sure and I do think that maybe I could have have gotten something better. Maybe it was an off day. Take a chance maybe. I’ll probably give it one more to see.
