Ordered a meatzza pizza at 7:55 pm. Tracker said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at 8:30. They said my pizza was in the oven. 15 minutes later the idiots realized my pizza had been sitting on the counter the whole time. The female employee looked at three times while I was waiting. After all that one of there employees wants to run his mouth at me because I didn’t realize that pizza was mine. You work there and couldn’t figure it out!!

4 people there with 0 customers and I had to wait a good while before anyone acknowledge me. A large 3 topping pizza didn't have much meat and majority of it was burned. I have drive all the way back there high as gas is and wait 35-40 minutes for them to remake it. Why can't they just remake the pizza and I pick it up.

This is the worst experience at a pizza place ever. I ordered online. When I arrived, there were 3 people working in the store. 2 of them went out back with no pizzas. one guy is doing all the work and calling for somebody else to come help him. nobody's coming. I've been waiting to on my pizza for thirty minutes. They just put it in the oven. There is a reason your store has bad ratings and it has to do with your employees. The one employee told me the other employee is in the bathroom. I guess he gets thirty minute bathroom breaks. The phone has been ringing nonstop, and nobody is here to answer it. When the guy finally did arrive from the back, he looked like he had no idea what to do in the other person had to tell him what to do because he just stood there for 2 minutes. When the app said my pizza was ready, I still had to wait five minutes for it. Why? Because we've lowered our standards as a society, that's why. Another sad Montgomery fast food experience.

I've ordered pizza from this location in the past and at best I was completely disappointed. Today I decided to roll the dice and try my luck. IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST DOMINOS PIZZA I'VE EVER HAD. Ordered online with no issues, pizza was delivered quickly and hot. Like I mentioned before, it was delicious. Well done to the team that's there now.

While, the person who checked me out was pleasant and the food ended up being good, I witnessed a potential for food contamination. The box for which pizza was going to be placed in was wide open on the counter. The delivery guy came in with his delivery bag and sat it right on top of the open box which my pizza was going to go into. I call girl over who is handling my order and asked her if I was up next because I saw how she had put the last pizza in the open box prior to. She said yes, and I asked if she could give me another box because of what I just saw. She turned around and looked and laughed because she saw what was happening. The delivery guy picked up his delivery bag and left. And she just got another new box (hopefully) and put it on top of the contaminated box instead of throwing it box away. Therefore, it seems that the person after me would get their food place in that contaminated box. I hope there are cameras in there and y’all can roll it back and see, but that process was really disturbing. Because it seems like something that’s done all the time. The store is small will limited counter space so I guess when the driver comes in and drops his bag he has to put it wherever and it doesn’t matter wherever.
