11:15 ordered pizza. 11:45 notified that he didn't have a delivery driver. Should have cancelled. 2:00 delivery driver delivers two sodas, forgets the pizza. Manager shows up with an extra 2liter coke, flawless Parmesan bread bits and two burned pizzas. From now on I will inspect my food first, pay cash, and tip only if everything is in order. Next time they might spit in it. RECOMMENDATION: Manager hire more help QUICK!

I order 5 pizzas the previous night to be delivered to Nixon Elementary for my students. It's 1:25 late now and never received it. The store refuses to the answer the phone so I can at least get it canceled and refunded. Very unprofessional!

I order every day. I even even ordered yesterday morning. My food was made fresh hot and the customer service was immaculate. Tonight the guy working was extremely agitated and very rude. Barely wanted to come to the window to assist anyone.

I just had a pizza delivered to me and it looks like it was dropped. Part of the pizza is folded on top of itself as if it hit the end of the box and folded over. Look at the pictures and you'll see what I'm talking about. I called the store to talk to the manager and he was no help at all! He was going to send the driver out after making two more deliveries collect this pizza take it back to the store remake another pizza and then send it out to me. That would have been probably more than an hour wait. I would never ever order from the store again and I highly recommend that no one else order from there either!!

Dayshif day shift, get 5 stars. Night shift is terrible. I let them know how I would like my food prepared and they still did it their own way. language barrier was a big part of it, And managing the supplies of food that you pay for to do it the way they want to. So it really sucked. Only BUY FOOD FROM MT. VERNON DOMINO'S FROM DAY SHIFT ONLY! WARNING!!!!

I don’t know who the girl is answering the phone tonight but she rude as hell. I specifically called to make sure they had a driver, because if not I could pick it up. I was nice and just said “yes, I was just checking to see if you all have drivers, I placed an order” She had an attitude and get to yelling, then hung up. So I called back and said I’d just like to cancel, she was loud ghetto and rude and hung up again. IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB THEN FIND ANOTHER! SIMPLE. Somehow every time I’ve ordered from here, which is more than I’d like to admit I always get the pizza with barely any cheese, I get this inflated pizza burnt bubble each time on the majority of the pizza and honestly this will be the last time I come here. I’ve given up. I’ve seen more employees come and go to realize that it’s either the management that doesn’t care for its standards or the owner.

This location is just sorry ,everytime you attempt which this is my second time doing delivery since I couldn't pick it up which I usually do when I order anyways whoever is behind the scenes cancels the order never answers the phone to give you the reason now I could see if I was problematic or whatever then yes i can understand but it's darn shame.Do they even want the business or is they gaslighting corporate like they don't make sales?if that's the case please put some people at this location that would more than happy to see bonuses or incentives.this is truly a pitiful batch of employees you have working for you.
