Walked in health score wasn’t visible. The worker walking and eating around preparation table. Pizza was half way cut and not cooked all the way slightly chewy and greasy the sauce on the pizza had a medicine taste to it so i didn’t feel comfortable eating the rest of it and it actually took a while to come back after the first time seeing a dead roach on the floor. My throat still hurt after eating the pizza I’m guessing because it wasn’t cooked all the way not sure but definitely don’t feel right after eating and had to drink a lot of water to digest.

I moved here just over a year ago and have been ordering from this location for all that time. I have only received a few poor orders where there was barelyany pizza toppings, over cooked, or my pasta had so little sauce it was all noodle and I ended up throwing it away it was so dry. Fast forward to the past several months and I've noticed a HUGE change in the quality of their food. Always hot and fresh, plenty of sauce on the pastas and they actually put a decent amount of toppings in the pizza, which is awesome. Also, the delivery drivers are amazing and always have such a great attitude. I commented to one not too long ago about seeing a difference in the quality of the food and the driver told me they had recently gotten new management. So, whoever you are, keep it up!

I have ordered multiple times via the App/online site, the food has almost always been correct, hot, fresh, and on time regardless of the date and time. They only forgot to deliver one item before, but besides that they have been great
I used the Domino’s app, it was great. Highly recommend using the app, reduces wait time. The precise patent status bar during pizza progression made it easy to gauge leaving for pick up. I opted for curbside, parking is bad, however, upon arriving my Hawaiian Specialty was brought out in 5mins or less. The taste was delicious, a bit greasy, still tasty. Will be ordering again.

I was on hold for 30 minutes and nobody ever answered me. Terrible service. This place should be shut down and leave it to the other stores. NEVER GO

Whitney from the Dominos on Bell rd saved me from a disaster! I called another pizza place to order pizza for my sons classroom because they weee opened before Dominos.. they screwed up everything and I called Dominos in Bell rd.. Whitney answered she was so patient and courteous and had my sons pizza at his school in time for lunch I’m very grateful and next time I’m just going wait until Dominos opens..
Just want to thank my delivery driver , his name was Danny, he was very sweet and kind! My food was hot and he delivered my food just as I requested. Thank you so much

I will add the message I sent to customer service I sent last night to explain my rating. I am completely disgusted at this store. DO NOT EAT FROM THERE!Yesterday I went to my local dominos. The gentleman behind the counter let me know while phone to his ear that my pizza will have to be made over due to garlic being added to the crust, after I requested it not be added. That's was not an issue for me. My issue is what happened next. He took the new pizza out of the oven and put garlic on it again. Still not a big deal, it happens when you're busy. After realizing what he did, he then proceeded to take his dirty apron and wipe the whole pizza off using his apron. I was in complete shock and disbelief. It was very disgusting and disturbing, to say the least. He brought the pizza to me, and I let him know I would not be taking that pizza or anything else from that store. This was a free pizza, and I was still completely too disgusted to ask for a new one. In complete shock, I didn't record. I wish I did because I would have posted that on social media to warn other people about eating from that store. I am currently 8 months pregnant and thankful I have not gotten sick from eating there because I'm sure this is not the first safety hazard from that store. I really hope this will not go under the radar and someone else gets sick and sues you guys. I worked in food service my whole life before entering the medical field and have never seen anything so gross. Nor would I have ever done something that nasty to a costumer's food. In the age of covid and other illnesses, you guys should really check into that store. I will also post on my social media to warn other people in the local area to be aware of that store. I will include in this message the exact store details and time so you can look at the cameras. I'm beyond disappointed and grateful at the same time I have not gotten sick eating from there, being that I had a lot of pizza cravings during my pregnancy. Just nasty

Honestly, this location completely turned my opinion on dominos around due to repeated errors on food I had been having in the past. This locations managers go above and beyond to correct an issue or answer any questions and concerns I’ve ever had. Thank you for that!!! The food is almost ALWAYS on point, always HOT when I get it too, which is a HUGE PLUS! However last nights order wasn’t one I’d put on the “ LOVED” list. I just want to make a suggestion that the online orders, whoever is preparing the food pay EXTRA SPECIAL attention to all special requests! I requested NO GARLIC on my crusts, they had garlic stuff on it. In my opinion, it’s just a little heavy, I’m not the biggest fan. If it wasn’t so thick on the crust, I think it would be much better, and my Parmesan bread bites were not bite-size. They were very very large, like 5 to 7 bites baked into one solid piece (I know it was truly accidental) and there was a massive amount of oil In the bottom of the box, making it very hard to want to eat them because even sitting them on paper towels there was way too much oil. This is the one and only time so far that I’ve had an issue with the food from this location! However, I wanna say keep up the good work other than last night’s not so great food, and thank y’all for being pretty awesome.Wishing y’all would use ricotta cheese too (instead or red sauce) on pizzas!!
