There was a red fiber/string on my pizza baked into it (almost threw up when I pulled it out of my mouth it was baked into the cheese and meat), when I called, the manager laughed and said to leave a bad review, she rudely hung up after she claimed she made the pizza herself and that she had better things to do than hear me complain about a red hair…

I had only one bad experience at this location a couple years ago, but nothing recently. The food is prepared in a timely manner. The food is always good. Especially the cheese bread, my favorite! I normally order online, delivery but when I go to pickup, they are polite.

Someone please give this manager a raise. Working the entire store solo. He said no one shows up to work. Needless to say if your looking for work start here. And the pizzas was made perfectly and my family was well pleased.
I had ordered delivery many times and multiple time my orders have been late, just today I had ordered delivery and after 3 hours I’ve waited and waited for my food, at around 7:40 it was marked as complete and nothing was at my door nor given to me. I called 3 times and all 3 times it was the same “we only have 1 delivery driver”. Never would I have expected to file a refund and much less write a negative complaint. Unacceptable

Placed an order online upon arrival noticed the female pizza maker preparing several pizzas with no gloves or washing her hands in between making different pizzas and or dipping her hands in sauces , cheeses and meats while I waited in the pickup line for 15/20 minutes so therefore I called the store line and asked for a refund before the guy that answered rudely hung up on me after I explained to him what I had observed. I’ve always been a domino’s lover until yesterday!!! Unsanitary is a big no !!! And rudeness is not what I spend my money for!!!

Guy was nice but I placed online order and by time it said ready I leave and arrive at the store, then they said they had big order that threw them behind and to give him 10 minutes which was fine…. Waited for the pizza only for him to come out 20 minutes later and say they were out of mushrooms so they just did pepperoni pizza…. ?!?!?! I WAITED OUTSIDE!!! YOU SAW ME OUTSIDE IT WAS A CURBSIDE!!! WHY DIDNT YOU ASK ME WHAT I WANTED INSTEAD OF MUSHROOMS AT ANY POINT DURING THE TIME YOU NOTICED YOU DIDNT HAVE THEM AND I SAT HERE????!!! SO YOU GUYS CONTINUED MAKING THE PIZZA I DIDNT ASK FOR WHILE I SAT HERE… NEVER ASKING ME WHAT I WANTED INSTEAD UNTIL THE PIZZA WAS COOKED AND DONE?!?!?! What the hell???? But guy was very courteous may have just been overwhelmed and not thinking who knows…. Only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because good attitude has to count for something..

Delivery took awhile. I used free pizza coupon but had to spend $15 to get it delivered. For a free pizza I paid 5.99 for delivery + taxes + tip. Hey no bargain.
