Arrived in the first thing I see is an employee in the parking lot smoking weed while sitting on her boyfriend’s lap in the car. Door wide open. I get personal lives but don’t look at a customer crazy when they are trying to park. In you’re too busy down your boyfriend’s throat to move while on the clock. Next the inside smells like sewer back up. Lobby was dirty. The place stunk. The other ladies that were actually working inside seemed sweet. Other than that did not want to try the food here. Doesn’t look like regular cleaning gets done.

Drove to Alabama for an interview and was hungry on my way back to Atlanta. Decided to stop at this Dunkin. I was not disappointed. The Associate was so kind. Though they had only one biscuit left, she made sure it was warm for me. The Latte and the Avocado Toast are to die for.

I ordered an iced latte and a Boston Cream donut. The lady that took my order asked me what flavor latte I wanted, but I was unfamiliar with their options (my first time ordering Dunkin' coffee), so I told her to choose. She gave me a cinnamon latte and it was amazing!! Friendly staff all around and delicious coffee and donuts. Thank you, ladies!! Also, the inside was very clean and tidy. I was really impressed!

I am in town on a business trip and stopped here this morning. The ladies working were phenomenal and very efficient. The second we walked in we were greeted and acknowledged. Food tasted great and so did our drinks. They were out of skim but offered me many other options to chose from.

I just want to say I'm from up North and the Dunkin Donuts are different from the south, but the Dunkin Donuts on Ann St in Montgomery, AL is the #1 Dunkin Donuts establishment. The staff there awesome. I have to give a Special shout out and thanks to Shakemma at the Ann St shop. You are amazing and I just want everyone to know that. Thank you for always making sure my Bagels feel like I got them from up North.

For some reason they close at 6 now. No way to know it's closed. The menu is lit at full brightness and all the signs are all lit up. Drove around the building and the only way I could tell it was closed was because there weren't any cars parked for the workers. Even the inside was all lit up.

I wanna give a GREAT shout out to miss Chanelle at the Ann st location! I came thru the drive thru a 11/4/2023 around 5am and she was ALONE till 6 and miss ma’am was amazing very sweet and on point with everything and made sure she got what everyone ordered, again this morning 11/13/2023 Miss Chanelle was working again and once again did NOT disappoint.. and the young lady with her this morning was fantastic as well!! You two ladies need a raise and a promotion!! Y’all do an amazing job and I want to thank you for it!!

I walked in, a worker BURPED loudly, then had the audacity to welcome me in. I looked around the seating area, and it was disgusting in there. I turned around so fast and left. Horrible.

"Do not stop here"Exterior of building was a disaster, trash cans full and trash on the ground everywhere. Employee dumping mop bucket water in the parking lot when we pulled up. Inside was ok, but the restrooms were a mess! Very dirty overall, but to top it all off the employees we're trading off smoking weed in one of the employees vehicles parked up front to the front door.
