I stopped after driving for 14 hours ordered a hot pumpkin late got a half filled cup. I have no idea how this happened and i'm very irritated. I don't live near here and I can't take the time to go back given I'm driving for work.

What is wrong with people nowadays! I will not serve something that's half ass! If you don't want to be at work go back home and go back to sleep! The cook came from around the corner looking like a sissy know the order was incorrect! Today 10/16/2024 around 7:20 am if I didn't have to go to work would have made a u-turn awful ?‼️

My order was ready as scheduled and they even helped me bring it to my car (it was a decent sized order). They also included cups, creamer, and sugar for the boxed coffee. I will be using them for future events!

It shouldn't be difficult to make a hot latte that fills the cup. I can't remember the last time I had a good experience at Dunkin'. I'm no longer a fan.

I stopped by this location this morning at 8:15am which was pretty early in the day so I was surprised to find them out of milk for my coffee (after I paid btw). I chose to just get the almond milk, wasn't a huge deal... then I got my avocado toast. This bad boy is $4 and they didn't bother to tell me they were out of the sun dried tomatoes too? Or maybe they forgot. Either way, it sucks to pay so much for something not made correctly. Probably just gonna skip this location next time and head to the Starbucks a few buildings down.

Was highly disappointed at the quality of the meal and donuts. And I got an assorted dozen which surprisingly tasted like frozen to thaw and serve donut. The croissant sandwich also tasted microwaved perhaps it was frozen too and hash brown bites were horrible, mushy and taste like it needed to be cooked longer. Moreover, to end my thoughts on a positive note... My son said the iced coffee tastes good.
They guy was friendly and attentive however he didn't make my coffees right. Maybe it's cause he burned himself but he definitely forgot the sugar.

The doughnuts were excellent. However the service was less than adequate. I was allowed to order an item and pay for the item that they did not have in the store. Then when it came to refunding us our money, no one knew how to do that. When we asked to just buy something else we were given a sigh and poor attitude with having to grab two more doughnuts out of the case. It also wasn’t pleasant walking into the store with multiple staff members vaping at the counter and yelling profanities at each other. Not a family friendly location for those traveling from out of state
