Nothing served hot. Employees not heating properly anything. Coffee also no sufficient hot, no taste, other stuffs also. Employees need to get trained properly it seems.

I typically LOVE coming to this Dunkin it’s my favorite in the city.. however today was TERRIBLE! They made my cold brew that tasted like there was no sugar or any flavoring in it I asked for it to be remade they made it an issue. Told me to add some sugar packs to it I told them “it’s not going to dissolve it’s a cold coffee” so they made me pay to remake it and added the sugar packets that still have not dissolved … very disappointed in today’s experience. I hope y’all read this n remember me. I come too often for this… sorry

Customer service at best - at closing the person in charge did his best to serve us with 5 minutes of closing time. Other Dunkin donuts normally get grumpy and try to kick you out. This one time at the one located right off of Hwy 231 near TJMaxx was the best.

6 pm and the slug worker states there's no food because oven wasn't on. Also, not 1 donut in the place. Explained they had no more donuts. At 6 pm Tuesday, Jan 02, 2024.Parking: I had to pretend to buy something because there are no options for "place and employees suck".

I sat at the second window for 12 minutes and watched the girl working eating the food and talking on her phone the entire time. It’s the McDonalds of coffee shops horrible.

I've gone to this location several times since it opened. When it first began, everything was on point and the employees were nice. They offered warm greetings with polite 'thank you's and great coffee. As the months have passed that is no longer the case, the employees don't say, "Welcome to Dunkin's, How can we help you?". Instead, it's an annoyed, "What would you like.", then a stern, "Drive up" and shove the food out the window with a quick, "Here you go." I even put in my request on the App in advance to pick it up and arrived exactly 20 minutes after making the order. After having to wait for my coffee and donuts to an empty store and no one else at the drive-thru, I felt as though I had disturbed the employee's nap time. As stated in the other reviews for Dunkin's of Montgomery, the donuts are dry and the coffee is bad. I can tell you exactly why the Coffee tastes bad too, it's because they aren't cleaning out their Pots/Carafes. You can tell because it has a burnt charcoal taste in every sip. As for the ambiance, I haven't stepped inside since they opened. Why would you even want to with drive thru service like that? I'm actually very disappointed it went to crap because the location is super convenient.

Don’t waste your time here. In need of new management. I’ve been to many DD in my lifetime since in from NY. Out of all the DD’s in Montgomery, this one on the Blvd has always disappointed me. Service has always been without a smile and with an attitude of why are you bothering me. If this store closed it would not be a loss. I plan to never go again after yesterdays experience of getting a cup covered in wet creamer. Again a forced thank you with no genuineness or smile. If I’m going to spend $5-8 on a drink, I want appreciation as I’ve also had to work hard to make my money and I want to spend it where I get good service. They need training in customer service. It’s more than just words, it’s ann attitude.
