Stopped by this morning and honestly will not be back them men can't make no food or coffee for nothing. I know how my food and coffee supposed to look and I know when it wasn't made right they rush and don't make your drink right at all!

I stopped in at 6a. I parked my semi in the turning lane and power walked inside. A lady staff member saw an intoxicated man harassing and driving up my direction and she came to my rescue. She made me feel super comfortable while my order was being made. I ordered my usual, Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso and it was amazing.

I visit this location every time I am in town visiting my family. This Dunkin consistently has excellent coffee! I am a Dunkin girl and have visited many locations around the US. This location is in my top 3 favorites and I always look forward to stopping by. I always order ahead and they always have my order waiting for me and then address me by name. Very personable and friendly baristas!

Never again. when I waited 10 minutes just to pay out the window While she stood there counting money I knew I should’ve just leftI waited over 20 mins for one drink i had to throw away. I wasted Money, I wasted time,I wasted energy, I wasted the water in my van, I wasted the the gas in my van, my van ran hot while waiting as the only person in the drive-through.. And the drink wasn’t even worth it. It tasted nothing like coffee. I took three sips and threw it away. large drink.

Stopped in to use the restroom and grab some food, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. The drive-thru was nearly empty, and there wasn’t a single other customer inside. Despite that, we stood at the counter completely ignored by three employees for 10 to 15 minutes. Not one of them acknowledged us or offered any assistance. Eventually, one staff member finally took our order, but never cashed us out and began preparing the food, while the other two continued to ignore us as if we weren’t even there.
When I brought this to the manager’s attention, his response was that they had to prioritize the drive-thru. That might be understandable if the place had been busy — but it wasn’t. There was no excuse for the rudeness or complete lack of basic customer service. A simple acknowledgment would’ve gone a long way, but instead, we were treated like an inconvenience.
To make matters worse, while I waited, I overheard other customers with incorrect orders. Between the poor service, inattentive staff, and lack of professionalism, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
The guy serving us today was awesome. I don't live around here but this location was great for us today

This Dunkin serves old food they got roaches and don’t give full serving sizes I would think twice before eating or even getting drinks from here they also charge extra for things hints why they never have receipt paper

This team is amazing! They prepped 9 dozen donuts and 3 boxes of coffee for our production team at 5:45am in the morning! Great communication and energy! Best Dunkin in the area and ran by a great manager.

I continued to try to give them a try. But each time I completed a mobile order, I’ve had to wait while cars behind me have pulled off. But after today, I won’t be coming back to this location. I ordered a mobile drive thru. They gave me my sandwich when I came and had me pull up. After waiting and about 4 cars passing me by, I went in. They asked me did I have a mobile order and my coffee was just sitting there ready.
