I ordered a pumpkin iced coffee with cream and sugar, it was nasty so I took it in and told the lady. She remade it, but it was still just as nasty as the first one. While watching her make it I noticed that everything is machine dispensed so the coffee that is in this machine has to be what is different which makes it nasty. I won’t go back after seeing this, it’s not worth the money.

Awful customer service experience. Dunkin should strip their name off this place. The music was way too loud. I could hardly hear the people I was with. It was sensory overload. We asked the employee at the counter if they could turn the music down and she said they could turn it down “a little.” I am fairly certain they turned it up instead. The restrooms were unavailable to use without apology. Then, as we left, the cashier had the gall to ask if we could move a table back two feet with annoyance in her voice. We acquiesced even though they did not to any of our requests. But I guess that’s the type of service our overpriced donuts and 66¢ water pays for. Avoid this location. It’s not worth your hearing cells.
This is the best Dunkin’ ever. I’ve been to many, but this is the first location that I’ve never had a bad experience at. All of the employees seem to genuinely care about customer experience and I’ve never had a wrong order. It’s also very convenient to my house. So much better than Starbucks. Keep up the great work!!

There’s a lady at the window that is extremely rude. I was confused on the two lanes for mobile order and drive thru. I ordered through the app so I went to the mobile order lane and it merged at the window so I went to the window because I was genuinely confused. The Dunkin on Vaughn Road doesn’t have two lanes so this is why I was confused. I was just about to go back around just in case I messed up when the lady came to the window and proceeded to lecture me about how I’m supposed to stop at the speaker and then proceed to the window. I was barely able to tell her how I was simply confused before she kept lecturing me on basically the most stupid thing I’ve ever been lectured for in my life lol. Clearly she wasn’t having a good day. Too bad this Dunkin is nicer on the inside and outside than the one I usually go to, but I will not be coming here again. If you don’t wanna work simply just don’t work, don’t get mad at customers because your life is miserable. And the coffee wasn’t good :/
