Customer service is the absolute worst! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there! I was denied a simple cup of ice that I would have paid for and was rudely told to go around again in the long line for a cup of ice. This place lacks empathy and decorum. The staff needs one on one training sessions to teach them how to be better employees. A simple smile and a friendly attitude can change a person’s entire day and could possibly save someone’s life. Remember that you can harm your own life just by being rude because you never know what type of day the next person is having so keep that in mind and I will go to corporate and the media.

Dunkin’, y’all really played in my face with this one. I paid extra for bacon and got this dry, sad little slice with avocado and a sprinkle of broken dreams. I asked about it and was told, “We’ll make sure to put some bacon on it.” WHERE?! Y’all must’ve let the bacon walk past the toast.
This is a scam in a box. If I wanted toast with vibes, I’d have stayed home. Do better.

I ordered a pumpkin iced coffee with cream and sugar, it was nasty so I took it in and told the lady. She remade it, but it was still just as nasty as the first one. While watching her make it I noticed that everything is machine dispensed so the coffee that is in this machine has to be what is different which makes it nasty. I won’t go back after seeing this, it’s not worth the money.

Dunkin Donuts on Atlanta Highway was amazing. They remade my drink for me, when I had a bad experience at another Dunkin location. The staff are amazing!
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Doughnuts are delicious, and even more so when served with a smiling face.

Awful customer service experience. Dunkin should strip their name off this place. The music was way too loud. I could hardly hear the people I was with. It was sensory overload. We asked the employee at the counter if they could turn the music down and she said they could turn it down “a little.” I am fairly certain they turned it up instead. The restrooms were unavailable to use without apology. Then, as we left, the cashier had the gall to ask if we could move a table back two feet with annoyance in her voice. We acquiesced even though they did not to any of our requests. But I guess that’s the type of service our overpriced donuts and 66¢ water pays for. Avoid this location. It’s not worth your hearing cells.

Pretty decent but it can be pretty slow sometimes during rush hours. Food is usually hot and fresh when you order it.
This is the best Dunkin’ ever. I’ve been to many, but this is the first location that I’ve never had a bad experience at. All of the employees seem to genuinely care about customer experience and I’ve never had a wrong order. It’s also very convenient to my house. So much better than Starbucks. Keep up the great work!!
