staff member loves to scold me for not stopping at the speaker when i have an online order. the mobile order line does not merge until after the speaker. what sense does that make? why would i even place an online order if i have to talk to you at the speaker anyways? not a big deal. will still come to the store. it’s aggravating when the employees don’t understand the process and then scold the customer for it.

Ashanti!! She is an angel. Not going to lie I have never seen a better customer service worker in my life. First of all, she’s always there. This woman must work every day. I’ve been wanting to leave a review for her for months but today, I Finally found out her name. She is so sweet and clearly knows how to take care of Customers. you know I’m going to say it, but this girl deserves a raise. I don’t even know what she’s being paid but give her more.

This Dunkin’ is my go-to spot for coffee every morning. The service is always fast and polite, and my coffee is made perfectly each time. The staff remember regular customers, which makes it feel personal. The store is clean, and the drive-thru moves quickly even during rush hours. Highly recommend this location for anyone who wants consistent quality and great service!
