You can’t get there!!! It’s apparently inside a secure area and there isn’t even a sign!!!

This dunkin is in a secure airport. Why is this not noted somewhere? I ordered online only to find out I can't get my order since I can't go inside the airport.

Update business hours. Also, teach employees customer service. I walked up at 8am and one of the girls said, "we are closed" with all the attitude in the world. I asked when they'd open, and she stated, "we just got here, so..." And that was that.

I got two glazed and one Bavarian crème donut for my family.. I knew it would be expensive so I can now check “pay $6 for three donuts” off my list. Unfortunately, the donuts were old and somewhat stale. The guy behind the counter was nice, though.

Don’t even bother going here. My coffee looked like it was all cream I didn’t even drink It. Phones don’t work. Store is trash!

Avocado toast which helps your good cholesterol number. Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher is refreshing.

Horrible customer service. If your speaker is broken and you have to repeat yourself that you can’t hear me, what’s the chances of you getting my order incorrect…100%. Then you have nerve to argue with customer willing to pay for what’s ordered to get the correct food. Find a new profession because customer service is not for you…not sure what is

An old trick employees make in a drive through is to have the vehicle pull around the building after taking payment for the order. At the point the vehicle pulls away, the computer stops time for the order to be fulfilled. This gives the employees unsupervised time to fulfill the order & gives a false sense of drive through speed. If this happens occasionally then so be it, but if it's a regular occurrence (and it is) then it's bad business. The franchise owner needs to get investigate which scenario it is.

My husband gets the extra charged and he loves his coffee from Dunkin. It’s his favorite.
