“I typically LOVE coming to this Dunkin it’s my favorite in the city.. however today was TERRIBLE! They made my cold brew that tasted like there was no sugar or any flavoring in it I asked for it to be remade they made it an issue. Told me to add some sugar packs to it I told them “it’s not going to dissolve it’s a cold coffee” so they made me pay to remake it and added the sugar packets that still have not dissolved … very disappointed in today’s experience. I hope y’all read this n remember me. I come too often for this… sorry“
“I havent been to this location in over a year because the previous workers there had nasty attitudes. But this day here I must say the service was on point and my butter pecan iced coffee was made with love and to perfection. So yeah it look like I'll be returning. Thank you'll soo much?“
“I stopped in at 6a. I parked my semi in the turning lane and power walked inside. A lady staff member saw an intoxicated man harassing and driving up my direction and she came to my rescue. She made me feel super comfortable while my order was being made. I ordered my usual, Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso and it was amazing.“
