Coffee was as expected.
There were 5 people working, but felt like they needed 5 more (lack of training and supervision).
The server had to step away 4 times while we were trying to place our order to assist other employees.
All the tables were dirty. I went to counter and asked for a rag to clean the table. (My opinion) The person behind the counter was stressed as they were trying to help another employee at the same time. I saw disposable wipes they used on the counter, but I was able to reach them. I grabbed the container and told them I would clean the tables and bring it back when I was done...she smiled and said thank you. She was multi-tasking, but getting lost while doing it.
We ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese bagel. The bagel did not taste fresh, plus the temp of the bagel was not consistent. Parts were warm, others were cold.
Again, I see this as a training and lack of supervision.

Probably the worst customer service establishment in Montgomery. Went around 3pm on 7-16 and the girl at the windows scuffed because I was taking too long counting change because she didn't tell me the total at speaker to begin with.

Easily the worst Dunkin’ I’ve been to. The staff had zero manners and acted like they couldn’t care less about helping anyone. It was honestly horrible. Felt like they weren’t even interested in doing their job. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

4 staff working, 5 customers and it takes 15 minutes to get 5 donuts, all staff look like they are miserable! I won’t be back.

Very Disappointing Experience
I had a very unpleasant experience at this place. The staff behaved in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I expected better service, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

I do not recommend this place based on my experience. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve the way they treat their customers in the future.

when Dunkin first introduced its Midnight blend, it was a smooth, full-bodied flavor, with notes of decadent bittersweet chocolate and an intense, dark finish, the best dark coffee i ever tasted. The past few times it's been like sipping dirty mop water with bleach with hints of black mold. This is the most bitter, worst coffee on the planet. tastes like it was made in a metal coffee pot that hasn't been washed of had a filter change since before covid. Can't believe I wasted money on this, again, thinking last time was a fluke. it's not is the new standard. never again.

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews for businesses, but the employees at this specific location are wildly ignorant. I’ve been here many times, as it is my local Dunkin’, but I think I’m done with this location. The last three times I’ve been there, I’ve had to walk out because employees are literally not working and simultaneously treating every customer like trash.
