when Dunkin first introduced its Midnight blend, it was a smooth, full-bodied flavor, with notes of decadent bittersweet chocolate and an intense, dark finish, the best dark coffee i ever tasted. The past few times it's been like sipping dirty mop water with bleach with hints of black mold. This is the most bitter, worst coffee on the planet. tastes like it was made in a metal coffee pot that hasn't been washed of had a filter change since before covid. Can't believe I wasted money on this, again, thinking last time was a fluke. it's not is the new standard. never again.

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews for businesses, but the employees at this specific location are wildly ignorant. I’ve been here many times, as it is my local Dunkin’, but I think I’m done with this location. The last three times I’ve been there, I’ve had to walk out because employees are literally not working and simultaneously treating every customer like trash.

After living in another state for over two years, on my first morning back, I went to this store. I ordered a large hazelnut iced coffee, with Splenda and extra cream, an everything bagel, with two containers of garden vegetable cream cheese. They made my coffee hot. When I told the staff, she then went and brought my iced coffee, no Splenda and no hazelnut flavor. My bagel was a plain bagel and hard as a rock. And only one container of cream cheese. I have no idea what I was charged for, since i wasn't offered a receipt. I wanted to ask for it, but the worker was abrupt and had an unpleasant demeanor. Very disappointing first morning back in Montgomery.

Tried this place again. Had to repeat a simple order of iced coffee three times. Had to request a pup cup and a blueberry donut order twice as well. And I ordered the loaded hashbrowns this time, which was terrible. The bacon in it was half cooked. Now this might be due to how the chain itself has it prepared. And I had to remind the employee to hand me my coffee after she told me to have a good day. I have lived on the West coast for a few years and there are very very few Dunkin's there and those are in California. And having spend years in New England, I love my Dunkins. What bothers me is why be unfriendly to a customer to the point I was uncomfortable asking for a small cup of water for my dog who was in the car with me. I dont care that I was charged for it, but I cannot believe how unfriendly this employee was as well.
I will not be coming back to this location again. I will drive out of my way to spend my money at another location.

This was my favorite location but it’s been more than 1 occasion when the manager Ms.Quetta or whatever her name is, has been extremely rude and just nasty when dealing with the public. She needs better training especially if she is a manager. It’s sad that it’s always the women manager with the worst disposition. I let it slide today but mam, Just do better!

WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE EVER!!! IF YOU'RE HANDING OUT AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY, VERIFY THE ORDER ON THE RECEIPT WITH WHAT YOU HAND THE DRIVER!!!! ORDERED MY BREAKFAST BUT ONLY RECEIVED THE DRINK. CALLED THE STORE MULTIPLE TIMES TO SEE IF I CAN COME IN OR BE REFUNDED. BUSY SIGNAL FOR 1 HOUR. GTFOH. HOW!? IT'S POOR MANAGEMENT. CARL HALE (GM) DO BETTER. I'M REALLY UNHAPPY WITH THIS MISHAP. I REALLY WANTED TO FIX IT W/O A BAD REVIEW. NO WAY TO SPEAK WITH YOUR MGR IF THEY'RE BLOCKING CALLS 😤 MAYBE THEY GET SO MANY CALLS ABOUT WRONG ORDERS THAT THEY USE THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK TRICK TO SLOW THEM??

I don’t understand if Certain doughnuts sell out by 10:00 AM why you can’t make more?

This is the 3rd time I’ve gone to DD and they are sold out of 3- diff flavors?

I’ve been at 10:00 am/3:30/ and 2:00.

What’s the point of staying open later than 10:00 AM IF your sold out of majority of doughnuts.

Not sure what’s going on , but I’m a regular customer but and ever since the remodel , the service has been disappointing customer service. My food has been cooked wrong, missing order item, burned bread, and long waits.
