Observed Chris and Demetria and their two person crew complete over 100 orders tonight in the brief time as we leisurely enjoyed our dinner. How many more they had this shift? What fantastic employees! Thank you so much from our 3person table.

Richard and Alyssa were very kind and handled the volume of customers very well. They were knowledgeable of all menu items and were able to make suggestions. After clearing and serving all customers, they walked the lobby to see if anyone needed anything. Kudos, a location that still has great customer service.

Great food and service! Richard and Alyssa were quick, helpful, and super nice! Will be coming back!
Wow! Highly impressed! I had lost faith in Fazoli’s as a conpany. Locations in Texas, Virginia, and Florida left a negative impression. The locations were messy, food was well below average, and not the Fazoli’s of 25 years ago. Heck, the location in Norfolk ran out of breadsticks and had none available. This location restored my trust and faith in Fazoli’s! The environment is set up like a restaurant (not attached to a truckstop or gas station), neat/orderly, relaxing music playing, and friendly staff (one member was conducting training with a new team member, both impressed, all members of the staff appeared to be passionate about their jobs!). If all Fazoli’s operated at this standard, the company would be back with a vengeance and taking over the fast food market. Great work and great place!

Recently they raised all the prices. The portions are not worth it. $8.49 for spaghetti and bread. I can go to Olive Garden for two bucks more and get unlimited soup or salad with my spaghetti and it’s better quality.

I ordered Baked Penne pasta it was absolutely delicious and ordered a triple chocolate cheesecake that was so good😋.
Iove this place has a few vegetarian options since a lot of places don't.
Will definitely order take out again when in the area or eat in next time!

Fazoli's used to be one of our favorite fast food places in Arizona. They closed all the ones in Arizona several years ago and it really bummed us out.
After moving back to Alabama I discovered this one in Montgomery which is about 50 minutes from me. I ate here once before and it was okay.
I ordered the sampler platter this time and was underwhelmed. First off it had something that drives me crazy. When I went to pay it was asking how much tip I wanted to add. I don't think tipping should be expected at a place that just takes an order and hands you your food. When I received my food and sat down I looked at it and it was almost all spaghetti and noodles. For the spaghetti and meatballs there was one meatball and the sauce barely covered it. By the time I had eaten the top portion of all 3, I was just eating dry noodles or flavorless spaghetti. I miss how they used to serve it where there was plenty of sauce to actually dip your bread sticks into as well.
