went in for lunch the employees were all sitting in chairs with feet up on tables laughing / hollering being extreme loud and vulgar language only person seem to be working was the spanish girl behind counter they finaly took our order after there break i guess lol its a shame this is a nice place but needs a REAL MANAGER veryyy bad wont be back for awhile until they clean up staff around there

What a disaster. 1 employee for the entire store and they were a Montgomery Alabama minimum wage employee providing a Montgomery Alabama minimum wage service. Go somewhere else, you will be happy you did.

The food is great, when made as you ask and they add the pickle. Behind the counter there’s to much chit chat and not enough paying attention to what they are doing, and that makes for a long wait! I went back today and the bread was old and the sandwich was dry, on my Italian sub!!

Firehouse has some very good sub sandwiches. Everything I've eaten there has been delicious. In my opinion is way better than Subway. Everybody was nice and made sure you got what you needed. Go give them a visit.
