My food was hot and ready when I walked in. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Food and atmosphere were great. The service lacked courtesy and friendliness. When we arrived they asked us how many sandwiches we needed. After telling them 5 the rolled the eyes and kept telling us to hurry up with the order. They did not want to work nor did they want us in the store. I’ve never felt so unwelcomed.

I will definitely travel to another location because I know some of the profits go to a good cause

I did not get my order. The person took a picture of the order being there, but why the nurses when down to get it which was very shortly after delivery, it was missing, no food!! I was charged and the food went missing! Not cool dood! Why would you do someone that way especially when they are in the hospital? That was low!

Banger, I forgot to get my desserts when I did a mobile order and they let me pick them up when I came back 15 minutes later

They have the most distasteful staff and they’re very rude and unprofessional using profanity to the tea I highly do not recommend going here they also do not make you feel welcomed someone should take a look into the staff one of them also told me they would stab me

If I could give zero stars I would!!!!! Please don’t go here! The management team must not care about anything but the paycheck. I placed an order and it was completely wrong they didn’t even care to make it right! The ice machine down the manager turning customer away talking about she ain’t taking now orders. Just bad business all the way around! I hope the owners do something to turn this place around!

Very sloppy not friendly at all

Horrible experience and staff, the worst fire house subs location

If I could leave zero stars I would. We walked and didn’t get greeted… we waited about 10 minutes before the general manager looked up after I said maybe we should have ordered online because we didn’t even get acknowledged. After we ordered I noticed the meat was shaved to an unappealing pile of mush… I love firehouse and I’ve never seen the meat cut like that.. after I mentioned it to the manager she was extremely rude saying that they have new slicer which confused me even more. We left.
