My first experience was with students on a field trip. Wow! They handled the students in a manner that made them feel important. They were efficient with their orders, bringing them to the table in a professional timely manner. The one server handled whatever we asked with a smile. I highly recommend First Watch as a kid friendly place to go on a field trip. The manager was warm and welcoming. A+ restaurant.
We made the mistake of walking in on Mother's Day, so they were understandably busy. It took almost an hour to get seated. We noticed that there were quite a few empty booths and tables for a while, which could have been because parties were too big, but when there's a line out the door and people sitting outside waiting, there must have been a more efficient way to sit people.
