The wife loves First Watch so I wanted to male sure we came here. I was pleasantly shocked by how good the Chickichanga was. Make sure to ask for the Vera Cruz sauce on the side as the taste may not be for everyone. I tasted it, and lef tit on the side ?. Everyone's food came out as ordered with no issues. They have a very attentive waitstaff, and the wait time was respectable 20 minutes.

The team cared more about getting us out of the restaurant than letting us finish our meals. They did not offer us any water and started cleaning up our tables before we were finished with our food (while they left alone those who came before us). Also, if you go as a smaller party, prepare to be treated as a table of lower priority.

My family and I enjoyed the food, servers and hospitality. My server was in training and she was great, always making sure we fine. Warm feeling. Definitely revisit when I come back in town.

This is one of my favorite breakfast spot to go. Usually I don't have a problem. But today when my food was brought out there was a piece of hair on my plate. So I called the waiter over to show her. She had no problem with getting my food replaced quickly. But I as though I still she have been at least discounted on my food. Got my ticket with no discount on it.

Positive: Our server Dray was great, helpful, and a pleasure to have waiting on us.
Negatives: Where to start? First of all, I was told that the tea was not sweet and was told that there would not be any sweet tea until their truck came to provide sugar. Next, the first order to hit the table was the million-dollar bacon. The bacon was dark and burnt beyond being edible. Upon receiving our breakfast several things were missing and overcooked. The breakfast bacon was also burned. We sent it back only to receive more burnt bacon. The scrambled eggs were cold, the potatoes were hard and cold as well. The waffle was undercooked and soggy. No care was given to the preparation of the meal today and therefore I am very disappointed in the overall performance of this First Watch location. However, the icing on the cake was the fact that they were segregating everyone. One side of the restaurant had all whites and the other side had blacks. I do not and will not support this type of division in today's society. Therefore after giving this location a second chance, and by them failing worse this time around, I will not be coming back. I recommend everyone go to the Zelda Road location, they are awesome. In closing, I will say that if you do decide to come here ask for Dray because he is an excellent server.

On the weekends, always “Get in line” by visiting the website so you can be in the queue and not wait as long. It’s popular for good reason and the food is always great!
