I can't feel the taste. Literally tasteless. I'm the type of person who usually eats a lot, but I end up with leftovers. The shake doesn't taste anything, it just tastes cold. Peanut restaurant.

Lunch was disgusting! I can say for my first time eating this garbage that it is overrated, poorly prepared, and y’all need to kill the big chopped white onions please!! My daughter convinced me to try Five Guys and I am terribly disappointed at the Eastchase location in Montgomery,ALABAMA!!! Do better!!

The bad? Not always a fan of the house music. Plus it is quite loud.The great? The food. The people. I have yet to get a bad burger, dog or sandwich from them. The quality is impeccable. All of the toppings are at no extra charge. Their fry servings are a bit misleading. They have paper cups that fries are served in and they don't look like much EXCEPT only about ⅓ of the fries you get are actually IN the cup. The rest are put directly in your bag with your sandwich. I made the mistake of ordering large fries for each of my husband and I the first time we ate there. We were hungry, or thought we were. Unless you are feeding teenage, bottomless stomach, boys... Order a small fry. Our fry order mostly went home with us and I reheated them with cheese and salsa for nacho fries and the second day I reheated the remainder and covered them with chipped beef.The prices do seem high. Easily $30 for 2 people. Between quantity and quality, you get your money's worth.The stores are immaculate. They practice scrupulous food safety. Even just going to shake their fries after touching bread, they change their gloves! And their bathrooms are the cleanest I've ever seen.Parking: Zelda Rd is the only location I've found where parking can be a bit of a challenge.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are wide. Every store has some low tables & at least 2 tables specifically designated accessible for wheelchair users.

This branch is my favorite one to visit. Bryan is an amazing manager. He takes care of customers and goes above and beyond to make it a good visit, even if the Door Dash & Uber drivers both ate your order.
Though it takes quite a few minutes to get your order on busy nights bc of lack of people working, they are very good about getting it right and it’s always good food and correct details of your order!
