I thought my PB chocolate cupcake was good. The frosting on top wasn’t overwhelmingly tasting of peanut butter, but it was just enough for me to enjoy. The cake just the tiniest bit of dry, but nothing I couldn’t get past. It was more moist on the inside than it was on the outside. I would try again for sure! Customer service was ok too!

The cupcakes always look beautiful. The customer service could have been a little bit better, but overall we had a good experience. We bought the cheesecake in the refrigerated case and it was fantastic.

Tried all day to order a small cake. Phone was not working, tried sending a message via messenger but got no response. Now today when they answer the phone at 10:30 in the morning I’m told they need 48 hours notice for a cake. Well if you had answered the phone or your messages yesterday it would have been 48 hours! So frustrating! I hope to never need anything from them again!!!

First time, I'm not impressed! All you taste is the frosting and the cupcake didn't have any flavor. The frosting is almost the same size of the cupcake. However, I gave an extra star for the presentation and the packaging.
