If possible I would have given no star. The food was good but the staff was rude. And they have a rule of 15 percent tip even for 2 people and the waitress is giving us reason they charged tip is because my 4 month needed a booster chair. That was ridiculous. The tip is from customer how much the customer wants to give not to take forcibly from customer. And the priced food was too high for the quantity you get. Would suggest not to go. Bad experience. Nothing you can get is less than $15 plus 15 percent tip.

Hands down some of the best Japanese food around. The menu is very extensive, it is hard you find something you wont like. The look and feel of the restaurant is authentic and very comfortable. All the staff is also extremely nice. We absolutely love this place and will definitely be back.

Best Japanese/Korean restaurant in the Montgomery/Prattville area, hands down. Atmosphere is great and service is quick and friendly. There are so many menu options that you could go there daily and try something new every day. The build-your-own ramen is fantastic, and they have some of the best sushi I've ever had in any Japanese restaurant in the area. Highly recommended.

Under rated and under appreciated. Great vibes. Nice atmosphere and good service. My husband and I will definitely be frequent visitors

Great menu. Great food. Friendly, attentive service. 3 different meals at our table and each of us left full and happy!

The food was really good! The service was awful. The staff couldn't keep up with the number of people with the restaurant at half capacity. I did not get a bill and went to the counter but was asked to wait before I could pay. Everyone was nice, it's a neat place, but it shouldn't take me 45 minutes to pay my bill.

I'm no expert on Korean food but Bimbambap is a must try. I am a fan of all Asian food from Japanese to Vietnamese to Thai and this is definitely up there on my list. The dish came out piping hot on a skillet and was mixed table-side. Lots of veggies and a mild to medium sauce (depending on your ability to handle spice) was mixed in. The main dish was preceded by a yummy soup and several small vegetable dishes that were excellent. If you are willing to keep an open mind with different foods from around the world, or in general like Korean, I don't think you would be disappointed with anything here. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I'll definitely try to come back the next time I'm in this area of AL. This is a great example of the diversity we have available to us in the States, often brought in by industry, in this case, I'm guessing because of the expansion of Korean automakers in the AL, GA, SC region of the country. Give this place a shot.

Ginza used to be a 5 star place. The new management tanked one of my favorite restaurants.

One word for the entire experience, underwhelming.

Wow false a advertisement!!! They are under new management!!! We walked in and they told us they don't serve sushi and we asked if they have ramen and she said yes but it's Korean style spicy. So we sat at a table, and then asked if the ramen is fresh as it states on the yelp menu, she said no it's brought from The grocery store!! Insistently we knew why they had tables inside' so not waste your time and go here.

Just your generic staff. You know, the usual, "hello" and "what would you like to order". The food is okay. If you aren't Korean and don't eat much Korean food, then it's gonna be good. But if you are like me and eat Korean food every day and lived in Korea, it's not the best. They also forgot my oder as well. But hey, at least the atmosphere is good!

Staff is friendly . We went for lunch , there weren't that many tables . Food is very authentic but we walked in they said Korean food not Japanese , we said ok no problem. Didn't see a sushi menu so not sure about that . We preferred an appetizer and shared the to lunch entrees . The chicken in the ramen dish was s different so we didn't eat it but put it to the side . The ramen part was great ! The seafood kimchi pancake was a little fishy tasting .

The food was phenomenal and the atmosphere was pleasant. I can't wait to see how they are doing once the remodeling is done!

My favorite! Every time we go here, we received great service and an awesome and informative wait staff...THE FOOD IS SO DELICIOUS I WANTED TO CRY.

Let's hope that the speed of the kitchen improves after remodeling. Since I'm only stopping thru Montgomery, I won't be coming back to find out. Server very nice, but not overly attentive. We waited nearly an hour to get mediocre food. To be fair, they asked after dinner how it was and I told them the flavors were good (100 % true on my chicken hibachi), but it was cold when I got it. I was so hungry that I just ate it. The manager or server comped my entree.
