Guthrie’s on Caraway in Jonesboro, AR have the most rudest night shift. My family and I normally order from the one on Hilltop, but that location was not open. We took a chance on ordering with them. I called to see if they were open a young lady answered and hung up on me. I ordered online and once my uncle arrived to pick the order up, they were very rude to him. Do not eat there, if they don’t like their job they should seek other employment!
I visited the Atlanta Hwy location tonight and received extremely poor service. I attempted to place an order at the drive-thru, but no one greeted me, acknowledged me, or confirmed my order. I pulled forward to the window—no one was there, even though two cars were ahead of me.
The store reportedly closes at 10 PM, and this occurred at approximately 9:27 PM. I tried calling the store, but no one answered.
When o drove around the employees was hiding in the back dodging customers. I understand things can happen, but the level of unprofessionalism was unacceptable. If employees are not willing to work during scheduled hours, it reflects poorly on the company and the experience customers receive. Please address this issue so other customers don’t encounter the same problem.
