We was rushed through the drive thru to order then when we got our food the burgers was cold the fries was hot though. We had to take the burgers home and heat them up cheese wasn't melted and meat was cold. They said there wasn't nothing they could do about it.

Haven't eaten at Hardee's in years, but decided to change that today. I got the Double Monster Burger combo while my partner in crime opted for a cheeseburger and the Big Ham & Cheese combo.
Everything was fresh, hot, and tasted great. We might be back for chili dogs before the month is out.

I walked in this morning on ann st in Montgomery Alabama and I got no greeting or any kind of acknowledgement. Then had to stand the for another 5 to six minutes before I walked out because I was late for work.

I eat at Hardee’s in FL, where I’m from, regularly, and I have never had an experience like this. The drive thru line was 6 cars deep and I was in a hurry, so I came inside to order. No one was at the register so I waited. A woman finally said “I’ll be with you in a minute.” No problem. Then she said “sir, it would be faster if you would just go get in the drive thru line.” I said, “well, there were a ton of cars and no one inside, so that’s why I came in.” She responded, “well that’s not how it works.” Ok… Finally a woman came to take my order. I waited quite a while, watching them fill all the drive thru orders (even those placed after mine) on the screen. While I was waiting, my daughter said “Daddy, you forgot to order my water.” So when they brought my order, I kindly told the worker that I was very sorry, but I had forgotten to order a cup of water, and asked if I could just have a cup for some water. She told me no, I had to order it with my order, otherwise it would be a separate order and I had to pay $1.35. Seriously? Her solution was that she would have to put it on the order of the woman behind me in line. So then I had to stand there for another 5 minutes and wait for the woman behind me to order and pay, before they would just hand me a cup. My family was passing through on our way to a reunion in Florence, and we had spent the night in Montgomery. The service and unprofessionalism at this restaurant is terrible. I understand that they were dealing with the morning rush and everyone has a bad day, but this was truly ridiculous. I was patient, I wasn’t rude, I didn’t raise my voice - in short, I did nothing to deserve the treatment I received. It was like I was putting them all out by entering their restaurant. Hardee’s needs to know that this is how they’re being represented. If I’d had another option and hadn’t been in a hurry, I’d have walked out. I’d avoid this location if at all possible.
