Food was hot. Cashier was pleasant. Hospitality requires you to be knowledgeable, understanding and sometimes creative; especially when dealing with customers. My concern was the amount of fries provided in my order. Instead of charging the difference from a small to larger manager insisted I pay for another fry. Outstanding customer service here! I don't usually do fast food but we were traveling and needed to get food to escape airport pricing. The manager and staff ensured we had fresh food but did it in a hurry and with a genuine smile.

Burgers were burnt. Fried were cold. They were nice people working. But were particular about drink refill. 10 min wait with me being the only person in the building.
Worst service ever. Slow and cant process orders. As to owner I know your sorry that it didnt meet my expections. You wouldnt come back here either.
