Something happened at this exit, and it looks like scenes from the Apocalypse. All of the hotels were crumbling, and most businesses were closed. Normally all Hardee's are nasty, but we took a chance on this one. Service was slightly above average and food was well above average.
I will drive across town from now on to eat at this Hardee's. The biscuit is cooked to perfection and not burnt or dried out every morning. The employee's have been friendly and though they've pulled me forward both times I've been in the past 2 weeks my food has been served promptly and fresh. The gravy is thicker than the other locations serve it which tells me other locations are likely to be conserving food costs by watering the product down or covering...
Always rude now! Food is great but there's always a wait even before covid19. There's no greating, you have to say I'm ready to order before someone asks for your order.
