Food was hot. Cashier was pleasant. Hospitality requires you to be knowledgeable, understanding and sometimes creative; especially when dealing with customers. My concern was the amount of fries provided in my order. Instead of charging the difference from a small to larger manager insisted I pay for another fry. Profitability and customer service are parallel.

Outstanding customer service here! I don't usually do fast food but we were traveling and needed to get food to escape airport pricing. The manager and staff ensured we had fresh food but did it in a hurry and with a genuine smile.

Something happened at this exit, and it looks like scenes from the Apocalypse. All of the hotels were crumbling, and most businesses were closed. Normally all Hardee's are nasty, but we took a chance on this one. Service was slightly above average and food was well above average.
