There seems to be few to no FAST FOOD, food junk places left in Montgomery. NEVER AGAIN TO THIS PLACE!$$$ They ask that you pull up from the window--YOU'D AT LEAST THINK YOUR ORDER WILL BE HOT.!!!
FOR $10, one may as well go to a restaurant AND EAT A NOURISHING MEAL--for a few dollars more.
The burger was cold and overcooked abd the tea tasted like sugar water.

Me and my church members and family go there all the time in the morning at breakfast and the people all have nasty attitude or they'll get the the food wrong but the food is always cook it's just dealing with the people with the nasty attitudes like

Ok I am on my lunch break and run to Hardee’s 3 or 4 people ahead of me. So I get to the intercom an he say we closed. Why isn’t no sign that states what time you guys open a close. 2nd he said well what you had wanted . I told him a brown bag an he stated we only have double cheese burgers. I said ok can I get two of those with lettuce tomatoes no cheese onions. They charged me for the lettuce but I didn’t get any lettuce. One that’s stealing 2 no customer service. What’s the point of telling a manager when they all friends in there. What type of business is this. Very disappointed . I got to the the window the young lady Elizabeth was on the phone say we closed ion know why they still coming threw even my headset dead. Order number 326131 store 5401 Atlanta Highway Store number 1501340 Somebody need to get in touch with me about my money an let me know that Hardees Brand do not stand behind that. Don’t steal no money from me. I will take a photo to let you guys know I am not lien. Yes it’s the little stuff that count

I would give y’all a five star Kerrie was beyond the best with customer service her people skills are above and beyond what a fast food service business could ask for she really goes out of her way and she is just a very happy likable easy going person in which is hard to find these days!!!! I would come back just because of her delightful energy and presence!!! Kerri keep up your amazing job!

I went into Hardee’s last night with my three children. I assume the lady there was a manager as she was wearing a different shirt. My kids saw her walk outside walking towards the road with a big cup of what I assume is water. There was a man at the bus stop sitting there for sometime. He looked older 80 or 90. My kids said mom what is she doing ? I watched as she took that man water. I said she is being the kind of person I hope that you will be. It was a little strange that that very same woman was cleaning windows and seemed to never stop. The other two employees were just sitting around on their phones. I guess hard help is hard to find. One out of three isn’t bad. I hope she gets phrased for my review. That act of kindness in today’s world is rare.

I came today from Birmingham to take my Dad to a doctors appointment. There is a manager there her name is Carrie. She opened the door for us as we were walking in (my dad uses a Cane he is 89 years old ) she took out order and explained at a time the restaurant is not as busy they cook everything fresh to order. We waited about 4 minutes for our fresh food. She had us pick out a table and delivered our drinks and food to us. It was so nice to be treated like that. When we were done she removed the tray and anything was to be thrown out for us. I did enjoy that I had a wonderful meal with my Dad and to be waited on with wonderful customer service. She said she was new there. Glad she chose Hardees. Or should I say glad they chose her.
