Only giving 3 stars because the woman working was nice enough to fix my order, which I appreciated. However, I will never be spending my money here again.. First, I placed an online order for Kung Pao Shrimp lunch as well as a Hot and Sour soup. I get my food and rush out because I had a meeting to attend and needed something on my stomach, so I didn't get to check my order like I normally do (shouldn't really have to, but it's Montgomery and people make mistakes). I get to my destination and realize they gave me chicken instead of Shrimp. Plus soup tasted a bit burnt, so I had to rig it and get it to taste ok..I called back, but obviously didn't have time to go back until later, which is frustrating all around. I get back out into rush hour traffic to have the order corrected. Get home to have 4 shrimp in the box out of all of the rice and veggies. I get food is expensive and I ordered the lunch, but seriously? If I wanted a Kung Pao Vegetable I would've ordered that.. A bag of shrimp costs $6 in some places and I highly doubt these are the highest quality ingredients on the market.. It's bad enough I had to waste more time and gas to return then wait on it because my order was wrong in the first place. Now to barely have any protein (which is what you're ultimately charging me for and of course shrimp costs more than chicken and vegetables on any menu), is just frustrating. At least the flavor was ok, but my appetite is so gone now with all of this, I don't even want it anymore. Definitely wasted money on this place and will be hungry tonight ????.

I especially love their wonton soup! Everything I’ve ever ordered from them has been fabulous. They have outstanding customer service and magnificent portions. Try them once and you’ll be hooked!!

For the price, you get a better deal! The Hot and Sour soup was mediocre. I ordered off the “Two Items Plate” for $12.95. My choices were sesame chicken and orange chicken - this comes with fried rice or French fries (because hey, maybe the Chinese do French fries better?) AND a soda. I got about 5 lbs. of food. That’s crazy!! I couldn’t even eat half. But just because there was more than plenty to eat doesn’t mean it’s gonna be good! Cheap-yes, good- no, not really.We wanted to dine in, but they really don’t want that- no matter how you order your food, you will receive it tied up in a double bag (see the poundage of the food). We ate in anyway, and there was certainly a steady stream of customers. But zero ambiance. Unless you appreciate boxes stacked to the ceiling of restaurant supplies.

Not bad! I think they rushed my order though. The chicken isn't as seasoned as it normally would be, so it's kind of bland. I've noticed that when it's late they tend to rush with the food, so that's disappointing. Overall though, it's a solid restaurant.

I have been eating at this place for years. Their food is amazing. The employees there are also very friendly. I have also met a lot of people at this place. They’ve told me some of their experiences with other customers. They said that some customers are very rude and unfriendly. I agree with them. Some customers are just so rude. Some customers bring their food home and then eat about have of their food and then find a bug or insect in their food. I’m not sure if they found an insect somewhere in their home to put it on the food to make it look like the restaurant workers cooked their food with insects. I have never found a single insect in my food with all the years that I’ve been eating at their place. I really recommend this place. Again, amazing food and very friendly employees!

I have never had a bad experience with them until today. I ordered as usual and my man found a bug in his food. You could easily see that the bug had been cooked with the food. He had already eaten a few bites and when he went for another there it is was. He called them.They requested that he bring it back. Mind you he is at work. They had no manager or no email to contact to show them the contaminated food. So I had to pick his food back up and take it to them.I’m disgusted with the whole experience! They never apologized to him or me in our interactions. They only talked amongst each other. This was so rude and unprofessional. I will never eat here again.

Service was quick - waited about 10 minutes for a takeout order - but call aheads were even faster. Lunch menu is a great deal for a hefty portion. Not sure I would want to eat inside as it was not super clean and pretty dingy. Food was mediocre - orange chicken, general tsos chicken, and fried rice not super flavorful or anything to write home about, but decent enough. Egg rolls were pretty solid though, and hot and sour soup not to my taste. Not my go to place for Chinese.

To answer in response to Josef. Our fountain water is linked to the sink water. The sink water is clean and it is NOT from the ditch. Every customer of ours who gets water from the fountain never says anything about our water. I think that you are a very disrespectful customer as you said our fountain water tastes like it was from the ditch. If you don’t like our water, then don’t come back to our restaurant. We don’t do business from disrespect and rude customers. So please don’t come back next time. Thank you very much.
ordered on GrubHub and the food was delivered hot, fresh and it was delicious! I have not had takeout chinese in a loooong time and I would order from this place again!We order sweet and sour chicken, crab rangoons, and teriyaki chicken and it was all amazing! The sweet and sour sauce was not too sweet, the steamed rice was sticky just the way asian rice should be! The rangoons were delicious!
