Ice cream was 10/10 the experience was nice and cool for the kids to watch it being made, however the service was not the best. The short hair guy was pleasant. But the long haired guy was a bit nonchalant and not warm with customers at all, as if he didn’t want to be there nor want to be bothered. He didn’t it with us and I watched him do it with other customers are well. That was a bit of a turn off from the experience for me.

Stopped in on our way home from a road trip to get some ice cream and got a whole experience! The staff was so sweet and gracious and explained the whole process while making our ice cream and most importantly, the ice cream itself was DELICIOUS! So glad we stopped by!!!

Third was a nice place to stop for a cool treat and for the Rolled Ice cream experience. It was alright. I liked the rolled ice cream with Nutella and Banana in it (the whipped cream added to how good it tasted). I don't see myself getting it often, but it was nice.
Service was OK. They got the job done, and the cashier smiled. The place was clean, and they do offer NON-DAIRY FLAVORS. That's always a plus!
It was my first time trying Mochi as well. I bought the Strawberry flavor. I don't know what I was expecting, but that WAS NOT it ? It was like eating a powdered, gummy piece of candy. Definitely not my jam, but hey, I'm certain that someone out there loves it! :)

First time eating Thai rolled ice cream. It was so delicious! My husband and I loved it so much, and want to make it a regular place to go at least once a month. We both got the Nutter Buddy. The only thing that would make it better was if there was outside seating as it is very cold inside.

We took a chance on this place and were surprised to find that most menu items can be made vegan. The staff were knowledgeable about non-dairy options and the ice cream was very similar to other Thai rolled ice cream we’ve had. We would come again!

Went with friends, I got 'Dark Humor', my husband got 'Rainbow Day', and my friend got 'Mango pineapple', and we all got assorted toppings to go with the flavored ice cream. It's a fun ice cream roll up spot & the only one that I've seen or been to in Montgomery. Great place to take friends, family, and kids for a wonderful sweet treat any time of the year. There is plenty of flavors to choose from, and I think this might just be my new ice cream spot~
Vegetarian options: It's an ice cream place, if you're a true vegan/vegetarian you ought to know what you will & won't eat.
Dietary restrictions: They do have dairy free options for the ice cream, you just have to read the sign or ask.
Parking: It's a strip mall with shared parking, first come, first serve.
Kid-friendliness: You can take your child of any age here and they will have a fun time, especially watching their ice cream get chopped & swirled in front of them.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair parking, however the parking lot needs to be repaved because there's plenty of pot holes & deep tires holes from the rain.

Whichever two employees worked this afternoon and opened the shop needs a raise asap!! I'm late on making this review but they were amazing. The place could use some work itself though like fixing lights and dusting and getting new WiFi and tablets but other than that I loved who served me at 1pm
So I’m big on vibes whenever I enter an establishment that I’ve never been to. I was visiting out of town and decided to drop in since it’s been a while since I’ve had rolled up ice cream in my town. Firstly the smell in here smells awful! There was a bleach smell but there was another scent that was so bad it was pretty unforgettable. The young lady with the braids did greet us but the young lady with the dreads was making someone’s order that was ahead of us but kept stopping typing on her phone while making an order. I don’t care if they do wear gloves that’s not cool and highly unprofessional. You have guests waiting for their order and other patriots waiting to place an order but you’re stopping every 2 minutes to type on your phone. Sad. I didn’t order anything cause that was a clear sign for me to leave.
