Our party of three got there around 10:30. We were seated less than 5 minutes. Placed our orders and everything came correctly and tasted great. I see quantities are a little bit smaller but that's everything nowadays. Keke, our server was outstanding. Her attitude and work ethic was a perfect 10.

I ordered Veggie Omlet i will add photo. Waited over 1 hr for our food. The. Wanted another 15 min or more for fresh avocado never came. I ate the fruit and had the omelet removed from my ticket. The picture tells the story

We have been going to Waffle House when we go shopping in Troy or Montgomery so we decided to try and compare IHOP to Waffle House. Food is about the same; service was fine. Check was $35 compared to $20 from Waffle House. Menu selection is better but not worth the difference.
