Terrible experience due to poor management.
I had a very disappointing visit, mainly because of the manager, Betty. Her attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. After the staff admitted to making multiple mistakes with my order—not once, but three times—they assured me that I would be refunded for the inconvenience. However, when Betty got involved, she offered no solutions and had no interest in resolving the issue. Instead, she flatly stated, “I’m not giving no refunds,” without even trying to understand the situation.
This ordeal dragged on for over an hour and a half as I explained, repeatedly, that her own staff acknowledged their errors. Despite this, Betty remained combative and unwilling to take accountability. It was clear she lacked the professionalism and customer service skills expected of someone in a managerial role.
This experience was beyond frustrating, and I will not be returning. If this is the type of management they support, I suggest others take their business elsewhere.

When I say this spot is on point it’s definitely a 10 out of 10... Last weekend At this location, about 18 divas and I participated in a Galentine's Day perfume exchange event. I'm telling you the food was delicious. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was first-class. This venue's exquisite appearance makes it ideal for any gathering. Liz was lovely and a huge help. We drive for an hour and a half; we shall return. The DJ kept the music flowing. Dancing Dollz of Enterprise.

The Shrimp and Grits with a piece of fried Catfish is OMG!!! Morgan Dorsey definitely needs a raise better yet he needs to be in Las Vegas with those cooking skills! The food was delicious.
To charge $60+ to simply walk in is absolutely ridiculous.. I've been out all over the country and no one has ever charged that much. $60?!?!? Stop with the nonsense

The staff here is awesome. The atmosphere. The prices. Everything is awesome. And honestly, if your weekend is a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, you need to come here. You might think it's dead, but it's absolutely not. You're going to have fun... they literally will not allow otherwise. Perfect for groups! I'm excited to see what an actual weekend is like.
Bonus fact: Wednesday is karaoke night, and the sound system is perfect for it. Like... Michael Bay film in Imax perfect.
Ps Haven't tried the food, yet, but the menu looks promising. Definitely excited to try the pork chops and shrimp and grits.

Since being in the area, I've been to Infusion Lounge about five times and each time, I'm wondering why they aren't getting more business then they are getting. The ambiance walking up to the building and in is DOPE, the drinks are always on POINT, and the food is SMACKDADIOUS!
From what I've experienced, Monday you can catch the local sororities making it their night and the place a fun spot to be. On Sunday's they open at lunch to bless the area with a upscale selection brunch. They have a wide selection of Hookahs you order. They do reservations or bottle service where you can get table, booth, or bar seating for small or large groups.
The bartenders and servers are beautiful and attentive to your orders. I had an issue with my order and the server had a new order placed/cooked up. The chef/team in the kitchen made the dinning experience feel like i was at Big mommas house with how good the food was.
I done had their catfish, philly cheese steak, chicken alfredo, salmon bites, wings and each dish has been exceptionally delicious. Everything is always hot, crispy, taste really good, and have you walking away filling satisfied/full. Whatever gravy they put on the catfish is euphoricially tasting.
I could rave more on and on about Infusion. I'll say this, when I visit Infusion I almost forget I'm in Montgomery, AL.

We paid $60 To get inside the club. And one of the security guards shot someone and the owner was been very rude and pushing people and everyone had guns inside the building. Please Shut Them
