Had a terrible experience at this placeon 7 May, 2022. Would give a zero if there was one! Went there with my family to celebrate Mother's Day. Ordered The prime ribeye steak, was the only one there when order was taken, waited 30 minutes for food. When food came out, we got pork chop instead of steak. Sent that back and it took another 15-20 minutes to get the steak. The rest of the family was through eating. When we received the steak it was a 16 oz with 8oz of fat. We told the server about our dissatisfaction, she told us she would see what management would do. She came back and told us they wouldn't do anything, she was sorry, but she already had to pay for the mistake she made on our order. I spoke with the manager and he said there was nothing he could do and that our conversation was over. This was the worst customer service EVER! The rest of the food was just fair. Don't waste your time on this place! The owner and management need to take lesson in customer service. They didn't seem to care about the customer's opinion. Don't waste your time or money!
My wife and I went in and ordered potato skins 2 side salads and fish and chips. The potato skins are not potato skins the are sliced potatoes. They did taste good. The fish and chips, however, was nearly burned on the outside and still raw in the middle. The gentleman did offer to have them make another piece but we did not have time for them to do that as we had an event to get to. Also, why would I have them make another one that is just going to come out the same way. The table across from us had there meal come out in an aluminum throw away pan. I am not sure what they ordered but for this kind of establishment I feel like that is unacceptable.
Great dining experience / I’ll be back
One of my favorite restaurants in Montgomery if not my favorite. The fish And chips are incredibly
I was working in Montgomery and called the restaurant to see if I could place a takeout order at 9pm (restaurant closed at 10pm). The lady that answered was very deliberate and told me no, the kitchen is already closed. I said “an hour before closing?” and she said yes. If this is typical of their customer service, then I would not recommend this restaurant at all.
I was passing through and like to stop at interesting sounding places. This one caught my fancy and I like Irish food and pub atmosphere. The corned beef and cabbage was fantastic with great flavor. The apple crisp was sweet and perfect combo of warm from the oven and coolness of the ice cream. The service was on top of it. Nice place.
I ordered the Fish and Chips. I received a piece of fish that was undercooked . I called to speak with the manager CHRIS about my order. He told me" its nothing he can do once the order goes out". He didn't apologize, he didn't ask me if i would like something else. He hung the phone up in my face . This is my first and last time visiting this so called restaurant. They need to be replaced with another restaurant asap! I agree with Blackqueen90. SMH in a Historic Building.
The Reuben egg rolls with Swiss cheese dipping sauce are always a hit. I also ordered the chicken Cheesy Lassie with fries. Please ask for a side of their house made tartar sauce! Dip your fries in it! Thank me later. This is my go to meal when dining here. It never disappoints.
Marie is THE BEST! She makes sure the food is just as ordered and always provides the best service.
Decent pub food with good list of options. Portion size was a little small unfortunately and the waitress didn’t honor the “weekly specials” they have clearly advertised on their website with matching address.

I reserved the Irish Bred Pub's second floor for 09 Sep 2021 for a military unit's farwell party. I was assured by the manager that the $110.00 I put as a down payment was fully refundable. The next day, I called to inquire about the refund and was told they would refund the money, but it may take a couple of days to show up on my statement. Sure, no worries, I'll wait, not a big deal....Fast forward 3 months, that's right 3 whole months, and I have never received my refund. I call twice per week to "inquire" where the refund is at (roughly 15 times now). Every time I call, I get the same answer. "The lady who handles the refunds is not here at the moment." I have driven to the restaurant twice and asked in person as well. Nothing!I am always respectful when I ask, but I may have to resort to small claims court to get my money back(something I didn't want to do over $110). If the owner is reading this, I hope you can get to the bottom of this.Edit:The Irish Bred Pub reached out to me last week and refunded my $110. I changed the review to 3 stars.
Good food, fast service.
So, this was an unexpected delight. The bartender was a handsome professional. A regular patron recommended the pork ribeye and it was absolutely delicious. Their Pinot Grigio paired perfectly.....and the real custard in the real bread pudding was real good.. I will definitely return.
Chris was AMAZING and very attentive! Food was GREAT!!!
This place never disappoints. My class had our first and last dinners here. The staff is wonderful and the food is always delicious. I had my first Irish Car Bomb here & it's now one of my go-to drinks. Thank you team!!
