I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

Ordered from here using doordash. There was VERY little lemon pepper seasoning on the lemon pepper wings. Maybe three wings had actual seasoning on them. Wings were so soggy they were turning to mush. I understand putting a lot of sauce but make sure you fry the wings hard so they can hold up to the sauce. I'm pretty sure the fries were from yesterday and just got tossed in the microwave. They were super chewy and cold. The wings tasted like they had been microwaved as well. Thankfully I was able to get a refund. Hopefully adjustments will be made.

This Chili’s may have ruined Chili’s for me forever!! The first issue was, our table ordered waters with lemon and the cups came out with the lemons in the bottom of the glass under the ice… they looked like someone had literally squeezed them with their hands first. We Ordered the triple dipper with boneless wings, chicken crispers and south western egg rolls, they brought out bone in wings, burnt egg rolls and the chicken crispers were soft and mushy on the inside, it didn’t even have a chicken texture. The rest of the table ordered the soup, salad and chips. Everything was brought out at the same time so you couldn’t enjoy the salad or chips without worrying about your soup getting cold. 2 out of 3 received their salad and only 2 soups came out also. When the 3rd salad came out it was 1/3 the size of the other salads, we asked about why and were told it would be checked on and never got any answers. The 3rd bowl of soup was finally brought when the table was almost done. I have been to many Chili’s and this ones food and service was highly disappointing.
