Excellent room, fantastic, friendly service. Very accommodating! Highly recommend!!!!
We had a great stay at Wind Creek Montgomery, from the check-in to check-out a very friendly and helpful staff. Dorothy, a cleaning lady was very sweet, also our waitress at BB King, Niyah, was wonderful and spot on with our order. Will be visiting again real soon.
This was a really nice hotel, very clean and attractive. The staff was really nice and helpful.
It was nice, quiet, smoke free and clean. The staff was very helpful and kind.
I can’t believe some of the neg reviews! We just left…. we had an extremely nice/clean room. Great customer service/everyone was so nice!! Very clean casino area! Very nice restaurants! And I won more there than I ever have anywhere else! We had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to go back. The only complaint we could have was the noise from the renovation in the morning. But that’s just progress we can enjoy when we come back!
I went with some friends this past Friday and WOW, a huge disappointment! From the minute we walked in, it was smoky and smelt bad. I thought the main floor was non smoking? There were people smoking and vaping. The machines were not paying at all and bonus spins were just spinning with no money with them. The machines were sticky and buttons were not working. Victoryland has better machines and better bonuses than Windcreek. We ate at Itta Bena, and it was awful! We should’ve been paid to eat there instead of the outrageous price for the food. McDonald’s has better food. Overall, Windcreek scores a 2/10. We will continue to go to Biloxi and Victoryland as they are much better casinos.
Guests at Wind Creek Montgomery are greeted with quite the surprise as major construction on the rooms goes on without any prior notification. We found ourselves shivering when the thermostat wouldn't function, and maintenance or extra blankets were nowhere in sight. It's rather worrying how they manage blanket changes between visitors when there aren't any extra at hand. Our encounter with Markquetta was less than pleasant; she acted like she owned the property and displayed a complete lack of customer service, replaced only by a confrontational attitude. Lucille's staff appears to be a group of disgruntled twentysomethings, harboring resentment toward the world. Adding to the dismay, we were informed that hot sauce wasn't part of breakfast, despite my partner ordering chicken and waffles. This establishment is an absolute nightmare for those from up North—brace yourself for disappointment! Consider this a destination for locals and locals alone, as out-of-towners will leave infuriated. A visit here? Proceed with caution!
Windcreek Casino is absolutely HORRIBLE! The place is DIRTY, they let anyone people smoke in the nonsmoking area, the machines hardly work, and they DO NOT PAY! Legislators are going to pass a gambling bill next session and Windcreek will have competition. That means, they will either have to pay more or other casinos will take over. Stay away from Windcreek!
Windcreek is the absolute WORST casino! It’s DIRTY and NASTY! People eat at the machines which is gross. They don’t enforce the non smoking. People smoke everywhere in the casino. It’s dangerous! Police are there all the time and fights break out. STAY AWAY! Machines are awful. Most of the buttons are stuck and no one wins! Windcreek needs to shut down. They don’t care about what we think.
