Jack's Family Restaurant

I want to acknowlegde this location because they actually have soft light brown biscuits available. Not everyone likes hard, crunchy, dark biscuits. Thank you to the manager and the cook who look out for people who like light brown biscuits!

I arrived for breakfast, ordered my large family meal, paid, and received my order all within a minute and 30 seconds. They also provided napkins and utensils. The most amazing drive-thru experience I've ever had my entire life. I'm not going to do one of those 10 out of 10s. If you had the chance to stop by, stop here. They're fast and friendly and have their stuff together.

We love eating at Jack's after the ⚽️ soccer game is over.

I haven’t been to this Jacks in a moment and this one was my favorite because the food was always so fresh and hot. This go round I received my food which was a chicken tender basket with comeback sauce and a sweet tea/ lemonade mix (said exactly like that). The chicken tenders were warm like they’ve been sitting in the warmer for hours. I had two dried out tenders out of three, the fries was cooked just enough for it to edible but weren’t all the way cooked, the sauce tasted and looked old, and my drink was just straight tea no lemonade. The service as in the hospitality was amazing.

Good food, but awful customer service. The young lady taking orders this morning was terribly rude.

These lady's get 5 stars everytime I go to this location the are working together and have by far the best service in Montgomery

Don’t waste your time.If you feel you are busy then at least acknowledge the ones that are waiting at the counter to order.too busy talking to each other instead of trying to give a good customer service. Crazy thing is they all think they deserve top pay provide top customer service and make sure the order is correct then we can talk about top pay.. just chalk up another business that’ll be shut down soon and be vacant building.

This place used to be amazing for a fast food restaurant at least but it has since gone to pot. I don’t know if they have new owners or what. There’s little or no training with the staff for Customer Service. The food is inconsistent on a good day and both bathrooms are out of order right now and on a regular basis. I think that’s a health code violation. Very sad for me because I was happy to see this area of town on the come back. I wish the original owner would take these over again.

Lady working drive thru is very rude!

Made an order online and they forgot half the order smh DONT BOTHER CALLING THEY DISCONNECTED THE PHONE SO YOU HAVE TO GO IN PERSON AND BE PERSUADED TO NOT GET REFUND

The breakfast is cheap and very good! I go there all the time.

We walked in and the gurl at the register had her hoodie half on and her hair was not up. So we left.
