In sum, Jalapeños in the Alley is well worth a try, especially if you’re downtown and craving casual Mexican in a colorful, spirited setting. If you’re very particular about perfect execution, temper expectations — but you may well find yourself pleasantly surprised.

This place was rockstar. The food was great, drinks were on point. The staff were amazing. Location works if you’re in town for a meeting or just touring the city. Its close proximity to the riverwalk makes it a convenient location for refueling and celebrating.

Was in Montgomery, AL for work and Jalapeños was recommended to me by a colleague. I’m so glad that I stopped by (I went twice because it was so good). The food is absolutely delicious, everything came out pretty quickly. My favorite dish was the Pollo Loco, so simple, but perfectly executed, and absolutely delicious!! I sat at both a booth and at the bar and the service was pretty good both ways (I prefer the bar..easier/faster access to drinks). They make a coconut margarita...
