Today was my first and last time visiting this place. The service was very unprofessional; it took a long time to receive our food. I felt that the tip was unwarranted—our server only brought our drinks and food, and that was it. There were no refills or extra napkins provided. It felt more like a to-go order rather than a dine-in experience, and the server received a tip of $15.05 for barely any service.

This place SUCKS, they was so rude. We didn’t even get to sit and eat , bad service. One girl handled somebody a plate while eating out of her other hand. Then we stayed up front for a long time nobody came and told us nothing. Really do better and plus you never know came by smh!!
Love the vibe and the food was delish ❤️

First visit and will definitely be back. I was greeted warmly by the host and others. Service was great overall. I was shocked by the food portions because I wasn't expecting them to be so big. The food was hot and seasoned well. I recommend the french toast and fish & grits. The prices are as expected of a small business. I've gone to chain restaurants with similar pricing for bland food that just looked good. This is an intimate space so the wait for seating is understandable. Just call in advance or make a reservation to avoid a long wait. This is a place that you will have to try for yourself and ignore those looking to pick apart the restaurant. I didn't mind the automatic gratuity because my experience was great from start to finish.

While the establishment is beautifully decorated and has great potential, my visit left much to be desired. My shoes stuck to the entryway floor when I walked in and exited (usually a sign that the floor hasn't been cleaned). The flies were so overwhelming that rhe staff had to provide us with a table fan to ward them off, but it didn't help. I can not comment on the food, as I elected not to eat here for the reasons mentioned above. However, others in my party did order food and expressed that while presented beautifully, the taste left much to be desired in relation to the price they paid. One of them did say the strawberry latte was pretty good, though. The server was pleasant and attentive.

If you’re in Montgomery and love a good breakfast, Jazzy’s is a must-try! The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor. From fluffy pancakes to perfectly seasoned grits and crispy bacon, every bite hits just right.
The service is friendly and fast, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming—like a local gem where everybody feels at home. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a relaxing morning with friends or family, Jazzy’s delivers every time.
This spot truly brings that Southern breakfast comfort with a touch of soul. I’ll definitely be back!

I can’t rate the food since we were never received or able to order. I wanted to support our Black owned businesses, but we need to understand customer service and what it looks like. To explain, my wife and I arrived at the same time with a group of five at 11:40 am. The group of five walked away then return after we informed the hostess we would wait the predetermined 45 minute wait time to be seated. 10 minutes later a lady walked in and informed the hostess she was waiting on 2 more people. The hostess asked the party of five if they would like something to drink while they wait but didn’t ask any one else waiting. The hostess then seated the both groups and we left after being told they are “waiting to clear up the area, it’s a bit congested “. At that point we left!!!

Staff was friendly. The food was amazing. A bit pricey, but worth it for the quality of food, beverage and service.

We recently visited here for breakfast and were impressed with the freshness and quality of the food. Our order, consisting of two breakfast platters and a pancake breakfast, arrived in 26 minutes, which was a reasonable wait given the freshness of the dishes. The overall service was acceptable. We appreciated the owner's warm demeanor; however, we noted that one server displayed a consistently unengaging expression throughout our visit.
