I love coming here the food is great!!
Customer service is very poor they were arguing with the customers in the establishment while other customers are in there trying to enjoy their food they also explain their surcharge on the menu when it comes to certain items just expect you to know and also they dnt come back and check on you once you have your order this establishment is just unprofessional and the price is ridiculous definitely not worth
Food Was Hella Good But The Wait Time Is Buns.... But Trust Me Its Worth The Wait.
I was treated to breakfast at Jazzys for my birthday! Loved this cute restaurant. The staff was very friendly. The menu is very simple so its not overwhelming. I had the shrimp and grits. My mom had the peach pancakes. Our food arrived in a timely matter. Both meals were hot and delicious. They surprised me with a birthday cupcake with a sparkler and a mimosa mocktail. The visit was a 10/10! Would recommend to anyone!
My husband and I decided to try a new restaurant so we chose to try Jazzy’s. The guy at door greeted us politely and let us in. We didn’t get the opportunity to see the policy on the door about reservations and I didn’t see anything online about reservations being a requirement to be seated. There was a lady in a white suit just standing at the bar and a young girl behind the bar. The young girl asked if we had a reservation as we walked down the aisle. We said no so she preceded to ask someone that came from the kitchen. The lady from the kitchen looked irritated. She overall looked as if she had an attitude and was just being nasty to the younger for asking a question. We decided to leave because the overall vibe was displeasing and not friendly. IF we decide to try this place again we’ll make a reservation and hopefully the vibe will be better!
I love Jazzy’s because you can taste that your food was prepared with love. From the presentation to the quality, every time it’s going to hit! Yes, there’s a wait but that just means everything is handmade and worth it. ❤️
We’ve ate here numerous times and Jazzy’s has always been great. We decided to go again this Sunday and we’ve never needed reservations , but we understand that policies can be updated as needed so that isn’t the issue . The issue this time was when we were waiting to be seated no one ever came , so my brother went to locate someone and while he was saying excuse me to the waitress she purposely ignored him and started taking food orders for someone and once she finished she walked away so he went to ask again by saying excuse me and she simply stated that you don’t have a reservation so we can’t seat you . It’s not what you say it’s how you say it and it was completely rude and disrespectful.
My daughter and I visited this lovely establishment while vacationing in Montgomery and they DID NOT disappoint! At first I was skeptical about going to the restaurant because of their overall Google score, however something about it kept drawing me to it. I actually read some of the reviews and realized it was minor issues. Everything I read said the food was great so we tried it out and they were right! All of the complaints that were mentioned in the reviews were addressed on the door before you walked in. There were signs about the 18% gratuity on each check, reservations are needed (mostly on the weekend and during peak days/times), and the staff was really nice and friendly. I had a chance to speak with the owner who was really nice as well. AND THE FOOD!!!! OMG the food was delicious! The menu was different and unique. Everything was fresh and made to order and hot when it came to the table. My daughter and I loved our experience there, recommend that you give it a chance, and try it out for yourself!
I went for my birthday based off what I saw from previous bdays when they come out and sing happy birthday to you and that did not happen for me. Big disappointment me. Food was good but just didn’t get a chance to feel the full birthday effect. So I wouldn’t recommend going on your bday. Based off my experience.
My family and I went on February 8, 2025 for my youngest niece birthday. When we walked in our waitress (heavyset dark skin long braids) had the worst attitude. We did have an extra person with our party. She stated that they could not give us an extra seat, so my sister and niece had to sit in the same seat🤦🏾♀️ for over in hour until the young lady with the polo style shirt came and was No-let me get your party an extra chair. She was really nice… It took them over 2 hours for all of our party to get their food… The first plate came out after 1 hour and the last one after 2 hours. The last 2 plates were for children which were only pancakes and chicken/ chicken and waffles. They sat there and watched everyone else eat but themselves. It was just heartbreaking. I went to the counter several times asking about the food. People came after us and got their food before us. The lady with the red hair tried to fix the issue but it was already too late. I never ate my food until I got home. I was not going to eat while my child was not served. I drove from Atlanta and the rest of our party drove from South Alabama which was over a 2 hour drive only to receive bad service, a waitress with an attitude and to watch everyone eat before us for a meal that I could have cooked at home quicker… I tried to reach out to the owner but I never received a response. Never Again!!!

First impression
We walk in door and hostess rudely ask us if we had a reservation.
I found it amusing cause they only had a few tables. She ask did we want to wait. She announced it would be 20 mins I said sure. We sit down and after a couple min she said 10 min then she almost immediately seated us. We probably waiting 5 min.
Odd way to greet new customers. They also have one of those ropes you see in a club that they open when you are allowed inside.
We receive menus. No prices for anything are one menu or posted anywhere in restaurant
Our food came in a timely manner. We was checked on again when she brought the bill.
We both got the breakfast special.
I got red velvet pancakes. (Amazing)
Server brings the bill and tells us to take it to register.
The bill for us was $65.
We got eggs potatoes or grits, and pancakes or toast with bacon.
Coke & oj
For 2 ppl they added 18% gratuity that they did not mention.
Bakery in the name I expected to see a counter with cookies, cakes ect. Nope.
To me they acting like they was doing me a favor allowing me to eat with them.
It is ashame because the food was good. The fact that menu had no price and they charged for cheese on my eggs and extra for red velvet pan cakes and extra for pecans was a little much.
They had plenty of staff but did not seem to have the motivation to make customers feel welcomed.

Went there with some friends. Want be going there again. After I got there had to wait about 10 minute before a waitress came. Food wasn't good. after we order and wanted a refill on the drinks found out you had to pay for a refill and the water isn't free. Never been to a restaurant where water isn't free.
