The staff needs to be retrained in cross contamination...the guy making sandwiches moved boxes then back to sandwich and did not change his gloves.....this needs to be a priority.

This location needs to do a thorough deep cleaning. The place had a funny smell, and the counters were dirty. I will not be coming here again because the place does not look clean. It’s unfortunate because this is where food is being serviced and prepared. Management needs to come and observe how unkept this business looks.

I did an app order that was going to the Troy location. As soon as I hit submit it popped up EastChase location. I started calling the location immediately and tried to cancel on the app. It says call the location which I was doing. The phone rang and rang. No one ever picked up. I went on to the Troy location the girl there was so nice. She said they should be answering and I even showed her I had been trying to call for 45 mins. I went on the app and put in for customer service to call and left 2 . No one has yet to answer me. But they sent the $24 charge thru. I believe the store was closed early which is why I stopped using it before. The door will be locked before 8 when they close at 9. All I’m wanting is credit to get what I ordered at a different time. But it will not be at this location.

Stopped at this location on our travels back to Atlanta and was so pleased at the wonderful service we received. The restaurant was very clean and Kendrick was super friendly. We ordered a gluten-free sandwich and he was so attentive to us and made sure to tell the customer behind us that he had to finish our order because of the gluten allergy before he could take her order. So very nice and handled the allergy perfectly while communicating with other guests about a slight delay. Perfect five star service.
