Stopped at this location on our travels back to Atlanta and was so pleased at the wonderful service we received. The restaurant was very clean and Kendrick was super friendly. We ordered a gluten-free sandwich and he was so attentive to us and made sure to tell the customer behind us that he had to finish our order because of the gluten allergy before he could take her order. So very nice and handled the allergy perfectly while communicating with other guests about a slight delay. Perfect five star service.

Basically, my wife and I ordered two #16s, the Chicken Cheesesteak. They instead made two beef cheesesteaks, and then charged 40 dollars for two sandwiches, chips and sodas. It’s utterly and completely not worth it. What’s the point of paying these kinds of prices if they can’t even get the order right, while neglecting us as customers? The people in front and behind us, however, were doted on.

$40 for two sandwiches and they’re both incorrect.
We asked for chicken phillys and they did beef, didn’t ask what we wanted on them, just wrapped them up, charged us and that was all.
Dude behind us got full treatment- asked what he wanted, talked to like a person, same with the lady in front of us. Idk, not worth it especially to completely ignore the customer and still get it wrong.

Terrible customer service! Whoever is working at this location (21 May 2024; 8 pm) is on their headphones and don't talk to each other. Then act like I am suppose to know the way things work around there."You should have asked me to cut your sandwich." It's literally cut on the menu.

I came to pick up my order, and it wasn’t on time. But this isn’t even the issue sadly. The employees were putting paper receipts in the sandwiches between the meat and cheese for to-go orders before they passed it down to put the rest of toppings on. I honestly was cringing and hate speaking up in these cases but thankfully the woman beside me told them that was not sanitary and they should not be doing that and they got really defensive. I hate this too because we love it here and always do to go orders but we won’t be back knowing this.

My first time visiting Jersey Mike's. Wonderful idea for charity day!My sandwich was fresh and so tasty. The service was excellent with very polite servers. The facility was clean and smelled good. I will never go to subway after eating Jersey Mike's. I had the BLT and it was delicious!
