Wonderful environment clean eating area and great sweet tea. Our server,Helen, was outstanding, a truly respectful and professional customer service. We ate in and was very fast serve and a lot of food for the price.

I was doing a delivery at the Montgomery location for door dash. There was no sense of urgency from crew. I spoke to the manager about timeliness and guest interaction, he response was just “okay.” I have dined in before at the location on Atlanta highway as well and a customer , the service and urgency is worst than McDonald’s. Hopefully someone will be able to turn their customer service around.

Food was good, waited 30 mins to be seated with several tables available. Waitress stated that the hostess went home for evening and that they didn't have enough staff to seat everyone. Based on observation, there was sufficient staff, just poorly managed.
My smoked chicken salad was good. Too tight in there. And HOT! Our waiter was overwhelmed. So it was slow.

What treat! Stopped on on our way through Birmingham and would definitely come back. I had the brisket sandwich (marbled) and beans...fantastic! Husband had pulled pork sandwich, beans, collard greens and a link of the cheddar jalapeño sausage. Again..fantastic. Our waitress was very personable and service was great. A definite must ho to if you are in the area.
We came here two night in a row, because we loved it that much!! Everything we ordered tasted absolutely delicious!! Our waitress (Jennifer) aka OG Jennifer, the one that has worked there for years, was super sweet, and was very attentive!! We had to wait 45 minutes, but it was sooo worth it!!
