Asked for a medium cubano and medium tuna sandwich plus a bag of chips. Both sandwiches were scant on the filings. Total was $30. On top of that when I went to tap my card, the total was $80! When I brought this to the server's attention, he seemed irritated. Guess he was add in the tip. Got that squared away and left immediately.

Ordered 2 sandwich combos and the total was $51 - which from previous Jimmy John experiences I expected a great sandwich and wouldvt mind the price point - but what i got was a couple of single slices of turkey and a little bacon - and then loaded up with lettuce. The costs dont equal a fair value in return. Your menu pictures show sandwiches loaded with meat - but reality is far from this. I have always loved Jimmy Johns - but it appears bottom line is more important that guest satisfaction. Jimmy Johns has lost a customer of 25 years.

From out of state visiting not impressed. First walked to the door st 340pm and doors were locked. After manager opened door he looked very annoyed that he had to help customers. The wrap was so so. Not the best place to gonif your from outnof town. Prices were high just for 2 combos. If ever come back to montgomery again won't be eating here. Lower prices and place management that cares to drive the business forward. The current manager is driving it backwards.

I placed an order on the app for pick up by somebody other than me… I put her name on it even but when she got to the store, she was told I hadn’t placed my order yet. I had actually just gotten notification that the order was ready for pick up before she called. she had never been to Jimmy John’s before, nobody explained to her the process of getting your own fountain drink, and they put the cup upside down in the bag, making it look like there was a Bottled drink underneath. With my sandwich, I ordered barbecue chips, a brownie, and a halved pickle. When she returned with my order, which was almost $40, the pickle was quartered, which is not a huge deal. However the brownie was dry and crumbly, I didn’t have barbecue chips. I had salt and vinegar chips, and there was no soda. When I called the store to explain there was no soda, there was no offer for a credit or anything except to come back and fill my cup. I love Jimmy John’s, but not with this many errors in one order And attitude when I call about it!

Picked up a Country Club lettuce wrap today and had an awesome experience thanks to Nathan. He was super friendly and had great energy. My order was ready quickly, made exactly how I requested, and the wrap was fresh, crisp, and delicious.
Nathan made the whole pickup process smooth and pleasant, something that’s rare to find in a fast-paced setting. If you swing by this Jimmy John’s, Nathan’s definitely someone who adds a personal touch to your visit. Appreciate the great service!

I stopped in at this Jimmy John’s downtown location Montgomery, AL this week. I am from out of the state, traveling. They greeted me nice enough but my total was $30 for 2 mediocre sandwiches with very little meat, 2 bags of chips and 2 drinks for myself and my kid. Ridiculous pricing almost price gouging. Also the guy who made the sandwiches just placed them down on the counter without saying anything. I had to ask them if those were my sandwiches the worker said yes and then I had to bag up my own sandwiches and food. Apparently they just fix the mediocre, sub-par sandwiches they don’t bag them up for people. Terrible service, over-priced, very basic level 0 tasting sandwich. If you want a sandwich with mostly bread and 2 maybe 3 thin slices of meat Jimmy John’s is for you otherwise go somewhere else.

Food is a 10/10 walked in today and the two workers were very polite and helpful was actually delivering a package and it wasn’t meant for them however I had to double back and give them a try and I must say wayyy better than the competition!!! I got the kicking chicken wrap gots to try it out! Oh and the sprite tasted like a fresh bottle out the store!! 10/10
