Picked up a Country Club lettuce wrap today and had an awesome experience thanks to Nathan. He was super friendly and had great energy. My order was ready quickly, made exactly how I requested, and the wrap was fresh, crisp, and delicious.
Nathan made the whole pickup process smooth and pleasant, something that’s rare to find in a fast-paced setting. If you swing by this Jimmy John’s, Nathan’s definitely someone who adds a personal touch to your visit. Appreciate the great service!

I stopped in at this Jimmy John’s downtown location Montgomery, AL this week. I am from out of the state, traveling. They greeted me nice enough but my total was $30 for 2 mediocre sandwiches with very little meat, 2 bags of chips and 2 drinks for myself and my kid. Ridiculous pricing almost price gouging. Also the guy who made the sandwiches just placed them down on the counter without saying anything. I had to ask them if those were my sandwiches the worker said yes and then I had to bag up my own sandwiches and food. Apparently they just fix the mediocre, sub-par sandwiches they don’t bag them up for people. Terrible service, over-priced, very basic level 0 tasting sandwich. If you want a sandwich with mostly bread and 2 maybe 3 thin slices of meat Jimmy John’s is for you otherwise go somewhere else.

Food is a 10/10 walked in today and the two workers were very polite and helpful was actually delivering a package and it wasn’t meant for them however I had to double back and give them a try and I must say wayyy better than the competition!!! I got the kicking chicken wrap gots to try it out! Oh and the sprite tasted like a fresh bottle out the store!! 10/10

This is the most overpriced jimmy John’s I have ever walked into! I go to other locations for the fraction of the price. What are they even thinking? 100$ for 4 sandwiches and one of them was a little turkey and cheese. I ordered the same exact order through my jimmy johns app when I came home to GA and my total was less than $54. The staff was very rude. Literally for the price they charge just go eat at a nice restaurant!!!

I never write reviews. I got violently ill after eating here. DO NOT ORDER THE TUNA, or anything else for that matter. Threw up all night. Highly encourage a health inspection. Salt and vinegar chips were excellent.

Hours need to be updated. This location is NEVER open for dinner. Not sure what kind of obscure schedule they’re going by but “11am-9pm” is most certainly not accurate. Just showed up at 5pm on a Monday night and an employee was quick to let me know they were closed.

Jimmy John's aka JJs offers a variety of wraps, sandwiches (which I call subs), and probably home baked brownies and cookies. I tried to get an UNwich but they were sold out. Instead my fav Italian Night Club on bread. Why doesn't the ingredient list read MAYO??? they were putting on huge globs of MAYO. I asked for a spice mustard. Service was fine after we settled the Mayo thing. The meats and veggies are fresh and flavorful. Accessibility: Wheel chair access parking in front. Note: a slight walk from parking to The Alley where several bars and eateries are located. Restroom is locked making access more challenged. some seating can be accessible.

Jimmy John's aka JJs offer great sandwiches with several types of bread, fillings, condiments, all subject to personal changes. They never list mayo as an ingredient, but it is on every sandwich. The oil and vinegar with spices sauce is incredible. I love the selections with various meats, cheeses, and veggie extras. I prefer an UNWICH, on lettuce instead on bread. Amazing that the sandwich stays together. This JJs has run out of UNWICH lettuce so I go for the bread on my Italian Night Club. Service is good here. Tables inside are accessible. Brewed teas and Coca cola ® fountain and bottled drinks. Basic desserts are brownies, oatmeal raisin cookies, and good old chocolate chip with a holiday special peppermint with Oreo® pieces. YUM. Wheel chair access parking in street parking with curb cuts. Note that this is in The Alley, and requires a walk to the parking lot. Gender free restroom is locked , making access more challenging.

Ordered via a delivery service. However- the location accepted the order but when the third party went to pick it up they found the door closed and locked and members not answering the phone. This persisted nearly an hour. Management should look into this.
Do not recommend - irresponsible and wasted an hour...... And still no food at the end.
An entire hour (and probably longer) where they accepted online orders, but we're locked and not answering phone. The lights were on as if they were open but apparently nobody was working.
