I checked online before coming and it clearly stated the location was open until 9:00 p.m. However, when we arrived, a woman met us at the locked door and told us she had decided to close at 7:00. We drove all the way across town to eat here, only to be turned away. If employees are closing the store whenever they feel like it, it raises serious concerns about how the rest of the operation is being run—especially in terms of cleanliness, food safety, and proper procedures. This kind of disregard for basic standards is how locations end up getting shut down or facing serious health violations.

I ordered food from Jimmy John's online . It took my order and my money. It said pick up at 2:45 . When l went to pick up my order l was greeted at the door we are closed. So why did they take my order. Plus now l am out of my money. 28.00 dollars l spent. Plus l get no food. This was quite a disappointment. The owner was very rude. Please don't go to this place . You have been warned!!!! Terrible service!!!!!!#

Never open until the times on google (9pm). I get there before 8pm and they are completely closed and all employees are gone. This has happened at least 3 times I’ve been by.

The sandwich was made fast, sandwich shop was very clean, employees uniforms were neat and clean. I returned to my office to enjoy my lunch which is was rather disappointed with, unsweetened ice tea, fine, but my kettle chips had more flavor then the sandwich. The last time I went to a JJ was 10 years ago and now I know why I stopped back then.

I’ve never had an experience like this at a Jimmy John’s. They were out of lettuce and there was only one person working in the store. The lady was really nice and I felt bad for her because it seemed like a lot of this was out of her control. She was trying her best to do her job. I blame whoever owns this store for running it so poorly.

The team there always does a good job and they’re fast. The ingredients are always fresh and the bread and sandwiches look perfect. It’s my neighborhood location and I want to give them kudos!

We was there in the drive-thru today, we order 2 giant/foot-long subs, the guy was barely understandable, I had to repeat my order 4 times, we watched them being made through the window, there was no sauce added, no cheese, no seasonings, & no condiments added!
The total given at the drive-thru machine, was $33 with some change, it was the same when we got to the drive-thru window, then I showed my payment method of cash to the young man, I had $35.00, that left me with one more $1.00 left in my hand, & then he changed the total to $36.00 EVEN, lol!
When we got the food, we received no receipt, & no change....very weird & unprofessional!!
Plus, they didn't give a Military/Veteran Discount either!
