The team there always does a good job and they’re fast. The ingredients are always fresh and the bread and sandwiches look perfect. It’s my neighborhood location and I want to give them kudos!
They really were freaky fast!Especially for a big order. Both staff members I talked to were so courteous and willing to answer questions. It was my first time ordering at a Jimmy John's and it was a pleasant experience. Because everyone needs positive reinforcement. ?
When you indicate, no contact, wow, that really means -no contact- No one, not even anyone to take an order on the drive thru option. Waited 3 minutes not even a hello, not even: I'll be with you in a moment, not even "sorry we cannot take your order at this time" "We are in a meeting"... light's were on, vehicle at employee parking. Sadly loss of income for those that need it.
