For the Taylor Rd location, never open at 11am like they’re supposed to be. They open whenever they feel like it, or whenever the guy bothers to show up.
Last time we went we ordered two different, but simple, sandwiches, and just received two of the same sandwich bc the guy behind the line couldn’t be bothered to make them correctly. He also charged us the wrong amount which had to be corrected before we left. It was not busy at all during this time. Only one other couple in the establishment.

Please close the doors to all 3 locations until you can offer all menu items and properly staff the locations. Driving from one side of town to the other and both locations do not have tuna for their sandwich’s, but at lest the guy was in the process of making some during the lunch hour. JJ used to be the best in town, don’t know what happened to there service! And one location offers military discount the other doesn’t, what’s that all about?

I love jimmy John’s but this franchise needs help. They run on their own hours, not the posted hours. They frequently close early and sometimes they just don’t even open when their hours clearly state they should be open.

Don’t bother with this store. They close early as 2pm while still accepting online orders. A waste of store space that another store who would decide to hire more than one person to work at a time, provide actual product that customers pay for, and go by their posted times would be far better for Montgomery than this capitalistic sad leech. Go to Jersey Mikes down the road and save yourself the headache and taste of cardboard bread.

Work out of town 9 months out of the year. Jimmy John’s is usually my go to for a quick bite. I’ve been to this location a few times. They know my order as soon as I walk in the door. The staff make you feel like you’ve known them for years. Fast friendly and clean. “The #17 no veggies”

Service was absolutely great. The guy working solo dolo was very nice, courteous, and quick. The food was a different story. Had the pickle sandwich and it was...not great. Paying $10 for a sandwich on a 4in pickle was not ideal. It was just ok. However, I was so disappointed that I forgot to take pictures. 😭
