Work out of town 9 months out of the year. Jimmy John’s is usually my go to for a quick bite. I’ve been to this location a few times. They know my order as soon as I walk in the door. The staff make you feel like you’ve known them for years. Fast friendly and clean. “The #17 no veggies”

Service was absolutely great. The guy working solo dolo was very nice, courteous, and quick. The food was a different story. Had the pickle sandwich and it was...not great. Paying $10 for a sandwich on a 4in pickle was not ideal. It was just ok. However, I was so disappointed that I forgot to take pictures. 😭

This is literally the absolute worst restaurant I’ve ever been in. The workers come and go whenever they want and change the hours as they please. The first time I went in the worker actually looked at me like i had 5 heads and I had to ask to make sure they were open. The second time they had the door locked and wouldn’t let me in bc she said she showed up late and didn’t have time to make the bread, once again looking at me like I was insane. The third time I went to this jimmy john’s the door was LOCKED and they were CLOSED. This business is absolutely ridiculous and the workers they hire are so questionable and disturbing. Not to mention their whole front window is shattered??? DO NOT GO HERE!!!! FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!!!!

Signs posted on door stating they are only accepting credit no cash. Pull door hard it sticks...We started toward the door employee met us at the door asked "are ya'll coming in here" after we stated yes she then says "we are out of all meats"
2nd time trying to go to JJ's First time was the downtown location which is closed and then this experience at the Taylor Rd. No, thank you we will not be back,

I love Jimmy John's but my most recent visit here went terribly. The sandwich maker refused to make a sandwich that was on the menu without ever explaining why. There was a sign on the kitchen wall that reminded employees to speak clearly so you could be understood. Didn't happen!

I've never had a bad experience at a Jimmy John's until today. After being out of half the ingredients we ordered 3 Beach Clubs, which I've ordered many times in the past. No cucumbers on the sandwich, abd nothing but lettuce and cheese. We were not asked what other ingredients we'd like added. The sandwich was so dry we could barely swallow it. Don't recall the employee's name, but it should be Rude. She obviously hates her job...I would actually like a refund but was not offered a receipt...my fault. Will be a very long time before I return.

I had the bootlegger club sandwich with Jimmy Peppers (cherry peppers). This sandwich was close to what I used to get back in New York. The bread has a firm crust with a soft chewy inside. The mayo and dressing, soaks into the bread without sogging, and I had almost no dripping.
I am giving this 5 stars for food, service, and atmosphere. However, on this visit you only get 2 stars overall for playing an April Fools' joke on me. Here is why. Yesterday, I received an email letting me know that the Mobile Mondays were back. I could redeem a reward for $1 off my mobile order every Monday in April. So, I went to the web and logged into my JimmyJohns account. There was the award, I clicked on it and made my order. When I got my email receipt, the $1 was taken off my order.Subtotal:$11.00Redeemed: $1 off Reward($1.00)TAX $1.10Total:$11.10Google Pay XXXXXXXX:($11.10)When I got there, I checked to see if my sandwich was ready, it wasn't out amongst the rest of the sandwiches that were bagged and ready to go. A pleasant young lady asked if she could help and when I told her my name, she retrieved my sandwich and told me I owed them exactly one dollar. I looked at my receipt on the bag and sure enough, it said I owed one dollar. I knew it was futile to argue with the young lady, so I gave my dollar to free my lunch from captivity and made a mental note to let you all know. It is either a April Fools Joke or a the ultimate bait and switch. I made my purchase and was debited what I thought was an agreed upon price, but in order to get my sandwich, I had to give back the $1 reward.Bottom line: This wasn't right. If you all were not participating in the reward program, then your online ordering system should have reflected this. I know it is only one dollar, but it is the principle of the matter. I didn't see a way to send this in a more private mode or I would have.

Yooo my experience was excellent . From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by a the lady behind the counter , Trina . She was serving someone else and still took the time to acknowledge me, which is rare nowadays . I already knew she was gonna make my sandwich perfectly , and she did ?I had the Vito like always and she hooked it up well . Great attitude , fast service , tasty sandwich , I’ll definitely be back to this location . Thanks Trina !!
