We visited here yesterday on a quick weekend getaway and made sure this was a stop on our route. We’ve had these cupcakes before and they were amazing. Unfortunately, this time was a complete disappointment. We traveled from MS to AL to get these as a treat, had we known they were dry as a desert, they would have been returned expeditiously! We spent over $100 on cupcakes for our family, but sadly could not share them because they were horrible. And where do I start with the customer service, it was literally nonexistent. We were not greeted, the young lady was unprofessional and seemed as if she was irritated when we asked questions about the cupcakes. The entire experience was unpleasant and a disaster. Needless to say, we will not be visiting again!

I came in on yesterday and bought 1 slice key lime cake…1 key lime cupcake… 1 german chocolate cupcake … I’m always there grabbing sweet treats for my family and I we live in Greenville so the drive is like 45 minutes. We love Jozz cupcakes but these last 2 visits have been a total disappointment the German chocolate cupcake was dry as a desert crumbing up like cornbread sad wasn’t fresh at all. I had made it back home but if I was near I would have definitely took it back. I haven’t even tried the other items yet for I’m already disappointed. I told my family I pray that they remember that although business is good you still have to keep up with what started the costumer’s to come and that was the freshness of their products. Please do better…

Today 5/3/25 was the second time that I have dealt with young employees with an attitude problem. Talking to you like you bothering them by coming buying the product that it being sold there. The owner need to talk with her employees about thir lack of courtesy and respect when given and people should let her know when her employees don't care about her business. Young lady with the dread cap does not want to be there.

I don’t know why, but the past few times I’ve been the cake slices have been getting thinner and thinner. $5.28 for a cake slice that’s a 3rd of the size it used to be is ridiculous. I’ve been going here since 2015 and the slices have never been this small.
