Sadly, due to the death of owner/chef Bud Skinner in April, 2021, Jubilee is closed, probably forever. Jubilee's many fans who packed the place for years hope that Bud's family will find a way to keep it going. Scott wasn't just the bartender, he kept track of everybody in the place. I'm from FL so I've been eating seafood my whole life. I've also traveled quite a bit. I think I've eaten seafood in about every coastal state in the US and also on a couple of islands and I can say this was one of the best seafood restaurants I've ever eaten at. Very pleased
Crab Claws were an excellent beginning...my husband had the grouper and I had the tilefish both were superb...not to mention the great staff...one of the best places to eat in Alabama ❤
