“KFC is barely hanging on because management has moved away from marinade times. This was once the best chicken around. Now they compete with others selling chicken.They do still have the best fries, and still is the only place other than my cooking where I will eat dark meat. When marinated and cooked properly no other can compete.One year ago I ordered around 3 P. M. and was served old chicken so I didn't return until the first Sunday in November 2022. Finally I got the taste and freshness I remember but I still fail to understand why timers aren't a priority all the time anymore.“
“Went to KFC drive -thru on a Sunday evening after driving back from a 7 hr trip to FL and we ordered a 15 pc family meal. I was anticipating a little bit of a wait and it ended up being longer than anticipated BUT the manager was so professional about it when I went inside to check on it and when I tell you he/his staff made it up to us in the best way?! All the food he brought out (while giving a sincere apology) was soooo fresh, hot, and delicious! The chicken, the sides , and omg even the biscuits! I wish I would have gotten the manager’s name but it was on July 27th. The reason why I wanted to leave a review because I never do unless I receive a good experience and unfortunately with fast food in this city, having a good experience at the fast food spots are few and far between (at least to me and my family). So to have this manager make (darn) good on the lengthier wait for our food than expected is top tier customer service in my opinion (and I’ve worked in customer service all my life).“
“Came by late after an airport pick up. The service was so great period. I thought people would have been cranky, tired and ready to get off. Instead they gave service with a ? smile and cooked fresh chicken of 20 pieces with sides. And oh my goodness I never tasted lemonade like this before it was to die for. I have never left a tip at a fast food drive through window but this time it was deserving and I gave it With a smile and gratitude. Kudos to KFC on Western boulevard in Montgomery Alabama. I will be back next week for more lemonade ?“
“Was out this evening and saw KFC. Old memories and an unforgettable taste made me pull in and found plenty of parking.I was pleasantly met by my Ms.Erica. As she took my order my stomach growled in thinking of the 3 piece Big Box. Which came with mashed potatoes, slaw, a biscuit and Med. drink.While waiting I went to wash my hands. The restroom was as spotless as the dining area. The service , area and food was absolutely great and all those old memories were relived and satisfied .. yes I will return without a doubt.
Parking: You can watch / see your car from inside the restaurant.“
