I placed an order through the drive thru. I was told it would take 20 mins for chicken to cook and asked if I wanted to wait. I replied that wouldn’t be a problem. I paid and was told to pull around. 30 mins later and I’m still waiting for food. Cars that pulled around before me started to walk in a see what the hold up was. All of the employees look annoyed and customer service is at a zero.
