I placed an order through the drive thru. I was told it would take 20 mins for chicken to cook and asked if I wanted to wait. I replied that wouldn’t be a problem. I paid and was told to pull around. 30 mins later and I’m still waiting for food. Cars that pulled around before me started to walk in a see what the hold up was. All of the employees look annoyed and customer service is at a zero.
Food was fresh. Location was the cleanest Ive seen at a KFC. Service was great.

Are the employees competent? It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out a breast from a drumstick! They never get my order correct! I order white meat, but I make it home it's dark!

Third time I’ve had an order stolen here they don’t make sure the driver marks the order as picked up DONT ORDER FROM HERE !!! Called up very rude very argumentative just lazy and sorry employees!

7 pm 7/7/24 this manager is not meant to manage at all. Get some new training or new workers. 30-40 minutes on chicken is excessive and refusing to speak to a customer is petty and not meant for the work place. DO BETTER.

Did not receive food had to get a refund. They said pot pie will be ready in 15 minutes , I waited 20 then went in to check on order. They hadn't even got the pie out of the freezer to be put in the oven.
