I placed an order through the drive thru. I was told it would take 20 mins for chicken to cook and asked if I wanted to wait. I replied that wouldn’t be a problem. I paid and was told to pull around. 30 mins later and I’m still waiting for food. Cars that pulled around before me started to walk in a see what the hold up was. All of the employees look annoyed and customer service is at a zero.

7 pm 7/7/24 this manager is not meant to manage at all. Get some new training or new workers. 30-40 minutes on chicken is excessive and refusing to speak to a customer is petty and not meant for the work place. DO BETTER.

Did not receive food had to get a refund. They said pot pie will be ready in 15 minutes , I waited 20 then went in to check on order. They hadn't even got the pie out of the freezer to be put in the oven.

Went to kfc for some apple pie bites. There was no sign of them selling any. The cashier didn't greet me, just asked for my order. When giving me my change, she handed me my change and said pull in a parking space it going to be 6 minutes. Then closed the door. I was going to ask exactly where you want me to park but she close the window so fast. What happened to being polite on the job? She said it will be 6 minutes at 2:18 but it been 12 minutes so far. No customers but nobody came out to bring my pies. When I went back through drive through, she handed me the bag with not one word said.
The chicken is horrible mashed potatoes wasn’t even good ??♂️ on top of that there was a 20 minute wait . And to get some horrible half done chicken ????????The date is April 7 ,2024 .

Got to the restaurant about an hour before close. They told us that our order would take about 13 minutes for the chicken to cook, which is fine. They pulled us around to the parking lot and 30 minutes go by. They still don’t have our food, then they hand out 2 other orders. So we walk up to the door and ask what’s taking so long. They then told us that it would be another 3 minutes. It’s just absolutely ridiculous that they are taking so long with multiple people in the building. I work in the food industry so I understand that sometimes it takes time for things to cook but this was an absurd experience and i would never recommend anyone to this location.

This has been a terrible experience. I’m just passing through from out of town and honestly I should have went next door to Taco Bell. The wait for the food was unbearable, I ordered 2 minimal meals and the people who ordered behind me got their what appears to be larger meals first. I am still waiting after 30 minutes as I write this out. If you’re hungry and want a meal don’t stop here.
